Your adventure begins as you enter through the front door, and the foyer welcomes you into a massive living area and kitchen. Please make yourself at home, put your bags down, and take it in as you make your way into the living and dining area. This space gives way to breathtaking waterfront views of Cinco Bayou, tons of space and comfortable lounging amenities, numerous sleeping arrangement possibilities with pull-out sofas and air mattresses, and the comfort of home your family deserves.
The bedrooms are located on the East and West sides of the common areas. To reach Tranquil Tides (the master suite) and the Sea Haze Suite, you will enter through the door in the foyer labeled "The West Wing."
The first floor's West Wing of suites, Tranquil Tides and Sea Haze are a duet of relaxation and comfort with all the space and amenities you deserve. Tranquil Tides, the Manor's master bedroom, boasts a large living space within the suite, a huge dressing area, a day-bed with trundle bed, a Pinterest-worthy reading nook, and a king bed with a waterfront view. Sea Haze is directly across the hall with its own private bathroom, sofa sleeper, and enough space to make yourself at home.
The Tranquil Tides Suite will be on your left, the Manor's master bedroom. The suite can host up to six guests with a super comfortable king-sized bed, a day bed with a trundle bed, and the option of the use of an air mattress. The large dressing area has two sinks and a massive closet for storage, as well as a farm door to make the area private. The private toilet and shower room has a stand-up shower and an additional sink. The reading nook makes for the perfect place for rainy day naps and relaxing with a good book after a long day on the beach. The desk/workstation makes work/play visits more effortless, and the 55” television, mini-fridge, and coffee station might make you never want to leave the room at all!
The Sea Haze Suite is directly across the hall with its own private bathroom, comfortable queen bed, sofa sleeper, mini-fridge with coffee station, and a 55" smart television. This suite also has the option of an air mattress making it suitable for up to six guests.
Across the house, on the Eastside, there is the door for the Aqua Oasis Suite, a treasure of the main house. With a waterfront view and super comfy digs adorned with the cooling tones of tranquility, this is the place to post up for some serious relaxation. A fridge and coffee station are also included to make your mornings bright and easy. A private bathroom is connected and stocked with the essentials.
This coastal-modern, newly renovated, second-floor retreat includes two bedrooms (plus a loft), a full kitchen, living area, washer and dryer and, unbeatable waterfront views.

This booking includes the five suites described (Tranquil Tides Suite, Sea Haze Suite, Aqua Oasis Suite, The Crows Nest, and The Lighthouse Loft) plus the exclusive use of all downstairs and upstairs space and amenities. Enjoy fun for the whole family with fishing and jumping off the dock or having a relaxing evening watching the sunset from the two-story dock. I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. When I was 25 I moved to Enid, Oklahoma for two years, then Clovis, New Mexico. I recently moved to Fort Walton Beach, Florida but have traveled here for work and leisure numerous times. This really does feel like paradise.
My work includes a number of different jobs. From leading an office of workers to a goal to managing training elements for other people. When I'm lucky, I get paid to fly planes all over the world.

Through the years, their differences grew together to forge not only a loving family but also a well-balanced partnership that brought them to the opportunity at Manor on the Bay.
Tom, with an upcoming retirement from hard work in the grocery industry, was looking for a new opportunity. Chris, after a successful career as a pilot in the Air Force, was looking to diversify. What if he and his father partnered to bring their love of family and gathering to a location accessible to all at this Fort Walton Beach location? Chris and Tom agreed, there was nothing like this location in the area and it was meant to be shared.
After countless hours of dedicated hard work improving the property, the Manor on the Bay was running as a short-term rental providing families a place to relax and reconnect. The Manor was registered as a provider with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to bring dreams of waterfront life to children in dire situations. The vision of offering a space for people to enjoy had become real. 225 Beachview Drive was now, The Manor on the Bay; a home away from home and an oasis of enjoyment.

What makes this property unique
There are many waterfront properties out there. But this one has a private beach, two v haul boat lifts, a wet slip for yachts up to 75 feet long, and two jetski lifts. You also have two kitchens and living rooms on the property, 2 laundry rooms and-three separate areas if you'd like to have additional privacy from your group.
