Grottenschlecht, nie wieder!

Die Unterkunft muß dringend modernisiert werden. Die Toillette war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, der Kühlschrank war und ist noch immer defekt, da die Gefrierfachklappe fehlt. Der Schrank war total vereist, er war erst nach stundenlangem Abtauen und Reinigung benutzbar. Defekte Steckdosen, defekte Deckenbeleuchtung und ein defekter Rolladen waren daher nur noch geringere Übel. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig, Töpfe und Geschirr klebten, die Schränke klebten ebenfalls. Die Reklamation der Mängel erwies sich ebenfalls als Mammutaufgabe. Am Sonntag über die Hotline des lokalen Verwalters gemeldet, wurde erst am Mittwoch nach nochmaligen schriftlichen und telefonischen Reklamationen reagiert. Die Toillette war dann endlich am Donnerstag repariert, der Kühlschrank ist noch immer defekt. Den Service kann man nur als äußerst mies bezeichnen.

Calme et paisible

Superbe marina au fort potentiel. L'intérieur est un peu vieillot avec quelques travaux de rafraichissement à prévoir. Ménage, très moyen à l'arrivée. Le solarium n'est pas du tout exploité, ni transat ni bbq, 40 m2 pour rien, quel dommage? Mais le lieu, la vue, le calme...Superbe! J'ai adoré. Merci.

Vernachlässigtes Appartement

Das Objekt befindet sich in guter Lage, hat nur leider nach den 70er Jahren offenbar immer weniger Zuwendung gefunden. Sanitäre Anlagen unzureichend und elektrische Versorgung sollte dringend überholt werden. Alles im allem wirklich ein eigentlich schönes aber dennoch sehr vernachlässigtes Appartement.

Un cadre idéal dans un logement malheureusement vi

Un appartement dépaysant dès lors que les baies vitrées sont ouvertes. Côté volumes rien à dire avec ces 2 chambres, son salon et une mini cuisine. Côté ambiance, nous remontons 30 ans en arrière ; à l'exception d'un canapé, d'un salon extérieur et des literies actualisés. Une terrasse au dernier étage qui malheureusement n'est pas mis en valeur : présenter comme un solarium, quelques bains de soleil auraient suffit.

Excellent pour la vue sur la Marina, les deux terrasses, les équipements. Il y a l'essentiel pour un appartement de vacances. Petit bémol à notre goût comme nous étions en mai et que le logement est carrelé et qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage il faisait très froid le soir et malgré les couvertures difficile de se réchauffer et de s'endormir ! un chauffage d'appoint pour chaque chambre hors période estivale serait sympathique pour nos petits pieds gelés. Hormis cela c'était parfait je recommande.

Marina spacieuse mais dans son jus et non restaure comme sur les photos du site Prise de courant dans couloir non sécurisé, sort du boîtier.. Pour le ménage c est assez catastrophique, les baies vitrées non propre, les sols salles sans parler de la poussières sur les meubles... Pour une location même à ce prix attractif pour une Marina on s attendait quand même à plus de propreté

Belle marina et bon séjour. De grandes terrasses .

Vraiment bon sejour . Un parking privé. Tout etait bien. Il y a plusieurs terrasses, c est bien. Mais au derniuer, il y a une terrasse de 50m2 ! Dommage qu il n y ai pas de mobilier du tout, nous en aurions profité

Great location but showing its age

This property has a great location in the Marina and is generally apart from the kitchen and bathroom quite spacious. However it is showing its age and has a slightly unloved feel.We had problems with the boiler when we arrived which although sorted out by the Agent the next day meant no hot water for the day. It would I feel be very helpful to have some form of booklet which could detail information like, rubbish collection days, and how to get more water into the boiler to maintain the pressure. Overall a nice stay but the place needs a renovation in the near future

appartement dans son jus dommage car il est calme et bien situé, mais je ménage reste a désirer! ne parlons pas de la déco de la grand mère avec la vierge qui vous regarde dormir ! le programme de la télé est très restreint a part des dessins animés très peu de chaines fonctionnes.
