Perfecte prijs kwaliteits verhouding

Het appartement is goed gelegen in de jachthaven. Rustige buurt. Leuk zonneterrasje. Alhoewel iets aan de oubollige kant is alles wat nodig is voorhanden in het appartement. We hadden er een toffe vakantie.

logement très bien placé et exposé. Aurait toutefois besoin de quelques rénovations, aussi bien en déco qu'en entretien. les baies fenetres sont soient dificilles à ouvrir soit impossible au 1er étage d'ou pas d'aération dans les chambres.

Belle surprise pour cette location spacieuse ,vue sur la marina, très belles terrasses . Bien équipé literie confortable à part les oreillers plat et mou ( heureusement nous voyageons avec les nôtres)

Die Endreinigung in die Hände der Mieter zu legen erweist sich als nicht sinnvoll, wenn man als Nachmieter zunächst grundreinigen muss. Sehr enge Toilette(nkammer) - kaum mehr als Körperbreite -, zusätzlich als Putzutensilien-Abstellkammer genutzt. Schlechte Kennzeichnung des Parkplatzes.

Appartement bien situé ( plage, commerces) mais mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et une mise au goût du jour surtout niveau de la salle de bain( carrelage cassé, coffrage de baignoire abîmé et moisi...) . Propreté très moyenne ( frigo, cafetière, WC...). Pour le prix, on s'attend à mieux... Point positif : la terrasse, la vue et la place de parking.
