Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay in Ithaca. Quiet neighborhood. Split level and apartment is entire lower level. Clean and bright. Close to Cornell Campus and easy access to rest of Ithaca and surrounding areas.

Ithaca Deal

A well-appointed basement apartment with all necessary conveniences. Very good location in pleasant neighborhood and close to Cornell's famous ornithological laboratory and Sapsucker Woods where we took a leisurely walk. All major sites are close by and easily accessible by car.

Excellent location, exactly as described

Very convenient to Cornell Veterinary School in a quiet residential area. Clean, well appointed apartment. Excellent communication The only notes I can make is to be prepared for a VERY firm mattress and the batteries were nearly dead in the TV remote, and the TV app storage was critically low. But the apartment itself was lovely and comfortable and MUCH better value than a hotel would have been. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location to access the vet school and North Campus. More private alternative to hotels. Easy in and out. This is a basement apartment and there is a dehumidifier provided. The host provided everything I needed for my stay. Not particularly fancy, but nice. I would stay here again.

Quiet place in Ithaca

Property was just like the pictures provided by the property manager online, check in and communication with the property manager was easy and they quickly responded. My only issue I had with the property was some of the flooring was very slippery for me so I had to be careful walking around but there are rugs down on the floors so it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall it was a great space!

Comfortable place

Everything was as expected and comfortable. The apartment is in the basement and therefore doesn’t have a view and doesn’t get a lot of natural light. But there are plenty of lights so it wasn’t a problem. There is no cable TV, but there is a large monitor with many streaming services. The Wifi is fast and reliable. We were a little cold the first night but the furnace wasn’t turned on for the heating season yet. There are extra blankets provided. All in all, it’s a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is cozy and comfortable. The space is ideal for 2 people and is entirely for guest use. The living room is spacious and opens into the kitchen/ dining area. It's the basement level of the house, so it keeps cool in the summer, and there are 2 standing fans for use, if needed. Please note that the apartment is set-up for a max of 2 guests. Any violation of this policy will incur a charge of an additional $75.00/person/night. Additionally, please be mindful that check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests who check out later will incur a late check out fee of $25/every 15 minutes past the 11:00 am check-out time.
