Fully renovated historic home right on campus. Just blocks from The University of Oklahoma and walking distance to the football stadium.

Excellent family home! Perfect for families or multiple couples.

*absolutely no smoking, pets or parties. Guests are subject to immediate eviction if these rules are broken. Please message me with any questions.
No college groups. Courtesy quiet time 10pm-8am.

The space
**Due to COVID-19, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.**

-4 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood on OU's campus.
-Walk to Gaylord Family Memorial Football Stadium and campus activities. Enjoy Art, History, or Athletics.

-Family amenities such as corn hole, board games, books, WIFI, Hulu Live and Netflix access. Fenced backyard.
-Fully accessible laundry available.
-Parking for up to 5 vehicles. (no street, alley or yard parking)
-Beautiful screened and covered patio (so lovely at night with our string lights and so peaceful in the morning while enjoying your coffee!)

Sleeping arrangements:
-2 King size beds
-1 Queen size bed
-6 Twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle. All in the same room! Kids love it.)

We have taken great pride in the upkeep of our home and invite those who are wanting to share in its beauty and comfort to do the same.

Other things to note
Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryers, Keurig, coffee maker, Crock-Pot, Blender, Toaster and Waffle Maker are all provided.
*NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, located next to the front door facing out, along with a exterior floodlight security camera overlooking the yard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record at all times*

This spot is a perfect location for game weekends or other events at OU. We walked everywhere we needed to go, so we could avoid the hassle of parking. The neighborhood is established and quaint, and the house is updated with nice finishes, plenty of amenities and lots of space. It's great and we will definitely be back.

Charming Home

Perfect location on a beautiful street. Charming home was warmly decorated with with many extra touches to make our stay amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. The yard and patio were perfect to hang with family and friends

Great place to relax!

We had a large group in town for a special event with a wide range of ages. Not everyone was a couple so the room with single beds was a big plus and one of the reasons we booked the house. The house was so comfortable with spaces for everyone to spread out and chill out without being on top of each other. Suni is a top notch host with great communication. Everything we needed was at our fingertips.

Fantastic Home

This is one of the nicest VRBO homes I've ever stayed in. Everything is top-of-the-line, beautiful, well-appointed. The OU campus is just 3 blocks away, and the home is on a wonderful tree-lined street in a walkable neighborhood. The huge kitchen and dining area are a nice bonus, offering ample space for hospitality and hanging out. Suni was a great host - engaged and responsive. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Sooner Sweethearts

We so enjoyed our stay at The Campus Casa doing some wedding planning for our OU grads. Home is beautiful, comfy and clean. Best of all you can hear the OU carillon bells and stroll to campus through beautiful neighborhood. We felt like undergrads again! Suni was responsive and stay was perfect, will definitely book again!

Adorable abode

This house was simply stunning. The decor and amenities were great. Two tv rooms to satisfy the football game watchers and the chick flick viewers. The location was great to attend a football game on campus. An easy walk through a lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to local food service. The kitchen was large and functional. Would come back to this place time and time again!

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our weekend in Norman. The house is spacious and comfortable. Our group of teens and college students loved gathering around the table for spoons and card games. The check out policy is the most generous I’ve ever seen. Most rentals charge you a large cleaning fee and then basically require you to clean the house yourself. Not this place! You won’t be disappointed
