We were in town for a speech and debate competition. Everything we needed was there, and everything was clean. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the items we needed (including coffee and tea and cleaning products). Plus, it's in a great location.
My family and I stayed here over the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. We were very pleased with the location- it’s so close to campus but on a nice quiet street!! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the evenings or going for a stroll around the neighborhood. The house was roomy enough for everyone to spread out and the 5.5 bathrooms were perfect for getting everyone ready. It was a wonderful place to stay!.
Very clean home with lots of space and amenities as advertised; convenient location allows you to walk the OU campus without having to worry about parking on campus. Thank you for sharing your home with us as we got familiar with OU!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful new home for Mom’s Weekend. The location couldn’t be beat! It’s new so there still need to be some things added and kinks worked out, but overall it was a wonderful stay! The property manager was great! We look forward to staying there again!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a great layout with comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom and a spacious bunk room. This house has a great location. We were very close to my son’s fraternity house as well as the football stadium. It was the best parent’s weekend!
Location was incredible. Walk out right to OU campus. Walk to stadium around 5 min. House was clean and plenty of room for guests. We loved our stay here. Hopefully our youngest will go to OU and we can come back and stay again. Definitely would recommend this place.
Great house for a family or group. All four rooms downstairs have king-size beds and their own bathroom, plus the upstairs has a private bedroom and lots of other sleeping space for people. Great finish out and a really nice table to hang around in the front room.
The house was beautiful. Every person staying there loved it. The king and queen beds were automatic adjustable beds which was a nice surprise. The owners thought of everything to make it feel like a home away from home.
I absolutely cannot say enough about this property, its location, and its management. I have a C6/C7 spinal cord injury and have been paralyzed from the chest down since 1993. So finding functional accessible properties has been a challenge to say the least. This is the only property I’ve ever stayed in that was as wheelchair accessible as my own home. The ground floor accessible bedroom has a big accessible bathroom! There’s a large roll in shower (they even have a shower bench and handheld shower head) and an easy access to and around the toilet. The sink is manageably accessible with plenty of room to maneuver. Property entrance is very low grade which is easily managed in my manual wheelchair and the thresholds are incredibly low barrier.
It’s very evident that this property was designed and constructed with functionality and accessibility in mind. Not only in the property construction but also being accessible to the University Campuses. The property is literally right across the street from the university and within walking/rolling distance to the stadium. It took me 6 minutes to roll out of the front door and arrive at the stadium gift shop, and I don’t move very fast anymore. 50 years old and 31 of it as a functioning quadriplegic and I could absolutely stay in the property by myself. I highly recommend and rate this property! It’s a definite book early for anyone with accessibility issues or if you’re wanting a nice property that can accommodate a large group!
