Wonderful home

We stayed at this beautiful home on 04/14/24, went on our cruise and came back to stay at this home another day. We really didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to but the 2 days we stayed were very comfortable. Beds we soft...I slept like a baby. Will request this home again when we travel to Florida again.

Great place to stay with kids

I would say this is a great place to stay with little kids. Although the carpets did seem to need to be cleaned, the children loved the decor. Another reason I would say this place is a great place to stay with little children specifically is because the pool while on the smaller side is only about 3-4ft deep. Really nice for little kids or to get in a cool off a bit but not great for swimming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we're greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolate! They even allowed us an extra 15 mins to check out.

Disappointing

I would liked to start w/The mgmt co. was extremely fast & polite w/ every question/comment that I had during my stay. That being said, I can't not write about my experience with this VRBO. The back door knob going out to the pool completely comes off when you open the door. There was only one lounge chair by the pool & it had a broke leg So it was not usable. After 2 days & many emails, we did receive 2 new lounge chairs & was finally able to lay by pool. The drawers that were supposed to be used in one of the rooms for clothes had a hole that looked to be from a shoe print and was so filthy you wouldn't want to store your clothes in them anyway. In a house that sleeps 13 people per the VRBO listing had a total of 4 forks available for usage. There was a electrical socket that didn't work in one of the king size rooms. There is a shelf that is completely broke in the fridge. The t v in the hallway used for gaming or for kids Has a line that goes completely through it when playing? And it also switches colors and fades in & out when watching it or playing A gaming console. The beach towels left for use were put up wet on the shelf In the laundry room & couldn't be used until they were rewashed and dried. I was told a property inspector would be coming by & bringing Some additional silverware, & after an additional day we received those.The thermostat cant be turned down past 72 in Florida during summer but have no ceiling fans in any room. Just be aware before renting.

Great location to parks

Loved the location, neighborhood and space. Check in and check out were easy . proximity to parks, things to do, grocery stores and food was great. Overall it was a nice stay. We booked this house for almost 3 weeks. I’d say that in the feature the rental company take a look at how long someone is staying and supply sufficient toilet paper and garbage bags. We ended up buying more and leaving what was extra. I’m sure they would have supplied more if I would have asked but whenever I had a question the responses seamed automated and didn’t make much sense when trying to have a conversation. Chalked it up to a computer response. We didn’t have time to sit around for them to bring more or wait for an actual response from a human. This was annoying to me but not a huge problem. I had questions before we arrived about access through the gates late because our plane landed at 12am and with getting luggage, rental car and drive we would be there till after 1am, maybe. This is when I started wondering if a computer was responding because answers did seem straight. We crossed our fingers we would have a place to sleep since I rented the house a day early because of our arrival time. Needless to say gates are not locked let us right in, everyone can get in, lol and we slept well thanks to comfortable beds. The layout for the bedrooms was awkward. The largest room with the largest bath was a kids room with two queen beds. There were two other kids rooms and one adult tiny room upstairs and another adult a bit bigger than the tiny room, downstairs. I wasn’t comfortable staying in a strange house with my young kiddo upstairs and my husband and I downstairs. so we slept in the tiny adult room and used the big bathroom in the big room where my son slept because it was a Mickey room. Anyway, made it work but it’s definitely a weird set up. The house is cleanish. I say that because counters, sinks toilets and most spaces were clean. The carpets in the house are gross in my opinion. I know they allow dogs which I appreciate since we were traveling with our doggo. The carpets though are in desperate need of cleaning they are very dirty including the area rug and couches. The walls are also in need of repair and the house can use a deep cleaning of spaces that don’t get cleaned as often like baseboards, and bathroom fans. Not a deal breaker just a suggestion. The largest bathroom had a sink that was very clogged and the shower leaks. For the cost it was a good home.

Todo nos pareció muy bien ,la cocina tiene todo lo indispensable para cocinar cuenta con todo lo que uno necesita, la decoración de los cuartos para los niños nos encanto es realmente maravillosa. Fuimos de paseo a los parques Disney y estan como a 20 minutos si vas de paseo es un excelente lugar para descansar y pasar unas vacaciones increíbles la piscina es ideal para los niños afuera tiene un baño El Sr Felipe es muy atento te recibe con Vino y chocolates si tienes alguna duda contesta tus mensajes muy rapido si recomiendo este lugar sin dudarlo regresare muy pronto…!!!!! Gracias

Great Place To Stay for A lot of People

This was a perfect size place for a large group. We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos. The condo could use an overall deep clean and some minor repairs, but for the amount of time we spent there it didn't matter much. Most outlets either didn't have plates on them or they were broken. Not super safe for littles. Couch, carpets, and walls clearly had some wear/staining. Checkout is at 10, but someone sits in a car outside at about 930 waiting for you to leave. Slightly uncomfortable. All parks take about 25 to 30 min to get to with traffic. Overall, decent place to stay for cost, large group size, location to parks, private pool, etc.

Very nice place

My family and I stayed at this townhouse for a trip to Disney world. It's not right around the corner but pretty close. The layout of the house is great, the themed bedrooms are so cute for the kids and the pool is the perfect addition. The house was clean but I will say the carpet and area rug needs to be cleaned, it's dirty. Also, the patio furniture needs to be replaced because the furniture is wobbly and the cushions are mold stained. This place has great potential and I would stay there again.

Beautiful and close proximity to all things Disney

Felipe was an amazing host, from the time our family booked up to our check out. He was outstanding, from his emails to the lovely welcome wine /chocolates for my family. The home was lovely, exactly how the photos appear, there were a few elements of chipped paint, a mold stain to a couch, and small holes behind doors where the knob touches upon our arrival, but hey what vacation home doesn’t have a tiny bit of imperfection. The location was convenient for all theme parks and dining. The pool at the home was wonderful as was the access to the club house/pool. Many amenities in the home including my fur babies ability to travel with me! Would highly recommend !

Two Families Worth of Fun!

Pictures are incredibly accurate. Nice home, they have done a good job decorating. Felipe is very kind and attentive leading up to and during your stay. This property was perfect for our trip. We were able to bring our fur baby along hassle free. Parking was great. The only critique I would have is minor paint touchups.

Great decorations but property was dirty and a bit run down.

The house was dirty. The walls had holes and dirt on them. The bed linens were stained. The furniture was broke and stained. The pool was unusable. There were prescription drugs that were not discarded that my children could have ingested. We were also charged for damages we did not cause. We contacted the property manager and he sent someone over to clean the house and the pool. The other issues would have to be fixed after we left.

Daughter dance Competition

Hi My over all stay was good I like the property and there we’re some details that I wanted to mention we did not Like the way things were at the gate to enter into the properties my daughter needed to be at her competition dance a certain time and they would take 30 minutes to an hour to be able to go in and out from the property and there was a lot of dancers staying at the same community and all of them were rushing in and out because they were going to be late people fighting to cut you online in the cars causing problems everything because they have a bad service to enter the properties

Family Spring Break

My husband, two sons and I took time in Orlando for Spring Break to get some much needed rest and relaxation after a difficult year. The reservation process was easy. The property manager Felipe was excellent and responsive from the start. Felipe went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay and was quick to respond to questions and any concerns. The home was very clean and spacious, and appeared as seen in the posted pictures. We chose to have the pool heated which was a plus, and although it was an additional expense, it was worth it during this time of year. This property included all the amenities of home which added to our comfort. The beds were comfortable and all the bedrooms and bathrooms extremely clean and furnished with linens and towels. The location is great and within proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and Disney parks. A few negatives, in our opinion would be the cookware and utensils provided should be replaced. The non-stick pots and pans were worn, its interior was scratched and peeling. The outside patio/pool area could have been cleaner and maintained a little better. The provided garbage bin just outside the front door was convenient however it could use a thorough cleaning. Food was left behind causing a smell could attract pest. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we thought Felipe was great, and we would definitely stay here again. We would also recommend others to stay at this property.
