Our home away from home. This place is perfect! There are a lot of choices when we go to Orlando every year, but we always come back to this one. It's perfect! If you are traveling with a bigger group or your adult kids like us, this place is amazing! Everyone has their own space. The pool is amazing, and the outdoor movie theater setup is amazing. We will back next year again!

Great place to stay especially for a large group of 15 like we had. Great price as well! Will definitely stay there again in the future. Villa was nice we spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub. We were a little disappointed with the television reception being intermittent. The management company responded to concerns quickly and resolved issues quickly.

Property is beautiful and located within minutes of all Disney parks. Bedrooms are large with king beds. Pool is large and spa is great. Outdoor seating is plentiful with TV and screen for large group viewing. I would stay here again and again and again.

What a wonderful place to spend with our three grown children and their families. It was comfortable for the 15 of us. They had all the equipment we needed for the children. The pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the hot tub. We lost wi-fi for a while the last evening we were there.

Our stay at the villa was all about making memories, Our entire family travelled from Ontario,Canada After our drive from the airport we were presented with the perfect home for us.From the huge swimming pool which is maintained by Jason to the large interior spaces. Everything was as it’s advertised from bedrooms to a washer and two dryers . And there is nothing more relaxing than watching an evening movie while floating around in the pool . Plenty of parking in the private drive for our cars . From start to finish it was the memories for our 7 grandchildren , 3 daughters and their husbands and my wife and I will have. Wow! We had the best stay in Orlando at this beautiful home. The home is lovely, comfortable and spacious. Our family had 7 adults and 7 kids sharing the house, and we had plenty of room for all. The large pool area was a hit with all ages! The big screen TV on the lanai added even more fun as we watched night-time family movies from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. We ate several meals out by the pool at the large tables there.The bedrooms are spread out so it was easy to have quiet spaces when needed or wanted. We appreciated having extra items like the stroller, pack 'n play, and 2 coolers. The instructions for gate entry and house entry were clear, and we appreciated the extra tips about things to do, restaurants, and suggested directions to the house and to Disney. Communication was good, and we'd be really, really happy to return again!

This villa is 2 or 3 miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot.
It is within walking distance of a winery, H2O one of the largest aqua parks in Florida and Magic Dunes golf course. The villa is in a large spacious lot and the villa is spacious too. It is an individual property and exceptionally well maintained.
Since the location is considered to be perfect we have tried to do everything possible to make the villa as perfect also. Of course the villa itself is huge 3,650 sq feet under cover with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 5 King beds and 4 en-suites. The villa itself has a 40 x 26 foot private pool and huge jacuzzi are bigger than almost every other pool and jacuzzi in the community. So we have highlighted the structure of the villa and added another layer of luxury in every area of the villa so that hopefully you will feel just a little spoiled and that everything you would want is there.
There are 4 rocking chairs at the front of the villa which is ideal to relax on while you wait for the rest of your family or friends to get ready to go out. There is a covered lanai for everyone to watch 65 inch TV in all weathers because you just want to be outside in Florida. Lovely Smart 75 inch Television in living room.
