For shared use: swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). In the complex: parking. Shopping centre 2 km, bus stop "La Coudalère" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Port Leucate 7 km, Réserve Africaine de Sigean 41 km, parcours aventure 7 km, cinéma 7 km, site des dosses 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de villeneuve de la Raho 34 km, Lac de leucate ou de salses 11 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du guetteur 8 km, la forteresse de salses 15 km, Sentier du littoral Collioure 40 km.
2-room apartment 24 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Un état qui laisse à désirer

Un bon « rafraîchissement «  de cette appartement serait nécessaire. Les matelas peut épais ne permettent pas un confort suffisant . (Nous avons mis les matelas de la chambre sur ceux du canapé-lit). En outre une forte odeur d’eaux usées ou de moisissure dans la salle de bains. Quelques fourmis se sont également invitées dans l’appartement.

Sympa mais très vieux

Appart avec belle vue , vieillot mériterais un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Literie a revoir. Appartement pour 2 enfants et 1 adulte c'est un BZ qu'il y a dans le salon un peu juste pour deux adultes... Appartement propre bien équipé. Agence ultra sympathique nous relourons mais nous serons plus vigilant. Les photos sont bien prises c'est cela qui nous a induit en erreur. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

l appartement était bien et bien situé ,les hotesses d acceuillante on était agréable et nous on donnée gentiment 2 oreillé en + car il en avez que 2 dans l appart mais le canapé lit avait une latte de cassé le frigo avait du mal a faire du froid

Appartement bien placé, non loin de la plage (15mn à pieds) 2mn en voiture avec possibilité de se garer. Nous avons pris cet appartement pour le festival Electrobeach, appartement convient parfaitement à 4 jeunes ou bien une petite famille. Propre. Point négatif: la literie n'est pas terrible, d'horrible mal de dos.
