This was a nice location. The tree house was clean, sturdy and well kept. We really enjoyed our time. We do wish there was better parking but other than that it was great!

Hi Melissa
I hated my parking lot situation as well. I'm with you on this one. Thanks to the road construction on University Avenue we were able to get my parking lot extended so there is plenty of room for all of ours guests now.
This is my 1st tree house experience. The stuff was super friendly, room was great!

It's a treehouse with a bed and a sweet rope bridge to get there.
We were drawn to this property due to the low cost and opportunity to stay in a treehouse. The room was clean. The bed was big and comfortable. Although there were many other young people staying on the property, there was no noise at all and the bathroom area was modern and well maintained. Seen was also helpful with information about the area prior to our stay. Swen’s is a great stop.

Disliked: Amenities
The tree house didn't reflect the impression gained from its advertisement. We couldn't stay there, With difficulty we found alternative accommodation.
Not even a pop machine. Bring everything you will need. The tree house walkway is a little scary especially when you seen zip ties holding it together. It’s was an adventure!

Just a great stay and a good time. Sven and his team are awesome.
Stayed in the tree house. It was a unique and fabulous experience. The wind was pretty fierce on our night which yielded a loud rocking noise in the trees. Never was I in fear of structural failure (house is fail-safe); it was just a louder swaying noise that took some getting used to in the late night. There is nothing negative to say about this wonderful property. Fab people, fun atmosphere and has everything one needs.
