Das Appartement hatte eine Einrichtung noch vom .Erstbezug.1972. Türen schabten über die Erde.In der Dusche . Schimmel an den Rändern. Alte Betten.Alte Bäder Eine Türklinke die runterhing Ein Wäschereck das nur notdürftig mit Tesafilm gepflickt wurde. Das Einzig schöne ist der Blick vom Balkon auf Monaco. Leider auch kein Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schwimmpool war sauber und gepflegt. Strand wsr auch sehr schön. Appartement ist schon eine Frechheit das zu vermieten.!!!!!

C’est notre second séjour dans cet appartement, idéal pour deux couples. Bien placé par rapport aux lieux alentours qui méritent d’être visités. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas équipé d’une connexion wifi, ce qui serait souhaitable étant donné le prix de la location. À régler: pb de clés du local poubelles ( comme l’année dernière)

Un point de vue exceptionnel

C’est notre second séjour en février dans la résidence et nous reviendrons sans doute, l’appartement est parfait pour deux couples, la vue imprenable, et proches des spots à découvrir dans la région. Que les draps et les serviettes soient fournis, et le ménage compris est un plus !

Très belle vue sur la baie de Monaco

Résidence très bien située, cependant appartement à la décoration vétuste, une des 2 chambres sans climatisation, volets des chambres endommagés et peu fonctionnels, volet de salle de bain fermé et sans manivelle. Literie à rénover, mauvaise isolation sonore avec voie ferrée en contrebas de la résidence. Pas wifi, dommage. La table de terrasse fixée au mur, peu pratique. Les points positifs : 2 salles de bain, accès direct à la plage, très belle vue sur la mer et la baie de Monaco, 5 minutes de train pour se rendre à Monaco . Location chère pour la prestation.

Die Klimaanlage (mindestens 25 Jahre alt) hat 12 Tage nicht funktioniert (Raumtemperatur im Schlaf- und Wohnraum am Abend/Nacht 29 Grad) Erst am letzten Urlaubstag hat die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum funktioniert. Kein WiFi.

Świetne położenie praktycznie graniczace z monaco, doskonale widoki świetny basen. Niestety co do czystości pozostawia wiele do życzenia, kłęby kurzu w kątach w sypialni. Ogólnie godne polecenia. Brak wifi mimo mimo że jest w opisie obiektu.

This location requires having a car. While the owner was pleasant and the view was fabulous, the place needed a good cleaning. In addition forks and knives were put away dirty and plates put away wet. There is no WiFi and the TV was hit and miss, Shower is extremely small! Pool area was nice but the weather was not quite warm enough to have enjoyed it. Surprised we had to pay $60.00 CDN for bed sheets and four towels! The unit needs some TLC..

Le logement est bien situé, pratique (parking sécurisé). Belle vue. La piscine est très belle. Par contre, le logement est certes spacieux et équipé, mais peu au goût du jour et le ménage laisse grandement à désirer. Dans une période COVID comme aujourd’hui, il est regrettable de trouver des traces de dentifrice sur le robinet, des verres avec des traces de doigts et lèvres, un séchoir à vaisselle pleins de crasse, un sol à en donner les pieds noirs, meubles poussiéreux, etc... Pas de wifi.

Ideal base for exploring the area. Nice views Adequate facilities. Only criticism is that both the showers have very small doors and it was a struggle to get in the shower cubicles .

Appartement confortable avec vue magnifique à la mer. Cuisine bien equipée , excellent tv. Parking secure. Seuls bémols - les douches sont très petites; manque de WIFI, un sèche-cheveux avait été le bienvenue.
