Welcome to our hip, modern beach getaway. About a mile walk to DOHENY STATE BEACH, DANA POINT HARBOR, SALT CREEK & STRANDS BEACH. Walk to all of the new shops & restaurants in the Dana Point downtown & Lantern District. Just a few minutes drive to LAGUNA BEACH, SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO & SAN CLEMENTE. You'll quickly have your toes in the sand, listening to the sound of the waves. Amenities include a cozy gas fireplace, the community pool & spa is right out your back gate, parking space & guest parking, fully fenced yard/patio. This home is well equipped with surfboards, boogie boards, beach & pool toys & bikes. High speed internet is included. Message us about the 30 day minimum rule. If you don’t need a whole month, we can block it and reduce the rate.

I had a wonderful stay here. This condo has all the amenities and it’s very easy to feel at home. Lovely enclosed side yard and patio. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. Close to the harbor and beach with amazing Southern California weather.

Great long term stay option

Great long term stay option in Dana Point. Host was easy to connect with and coordinate with regarding check-in/check-out and any questions or issues during our stay. As the posting mentioned the next door neighbor is a little odd, but it should not be a reason not to stay here. Will definitely stay here again if in Dana Point area.

This property is special because of the three private yard/patio areas. Former model home with brand new updates. The new French doors open onto a relaxing outdoor space. There’s direct access to the pool. AND there’s no one above or below. Ranch style home with expansive vaulted ceilings :)
