Sugar Hollow is dog-friendly, (no additional fees) and the perfect place for 2 couples or a family! This completely remodeled and tastefully decorated two bedroom home is the perfect place for a trip to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Sugar Hollow is just 1/4 of a mile from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge, yet not so close that you feel like you're in the middle of town, It's a short 20 minute Drive to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

FLAT parking area with plenty of room for one vehicle and just a few easy steps to the front door! Parking is VERY Motorcycle Friendly.

From the parking area step right into the private covered Patio where you will find comfortable seating, a beautiful Propane Fire Table and a Propane Grill.
On the other side of the driveway is a small yard for you to allow your Dog to do their business, please clean up after them. A pet Waste Station is provided for convenience to clean up. Please keep pets on a leash to prevent them getting into the street or neighbors yard.
On a clear night you might even see the Dollywood Fireworks from the Patio or Driveway. Look up the hill!

Up a few steps and into the living room you'll find a large Sectional Sofa 65" Roku equipped smart TV and Multicade game!
Large dining table with ability to sit 6 comfortably, Well stocked kitchen featuring an Instapot, Toaster, Blender, Mixer, Keurig Duo (bring your own K-Cups and Coffee, filters are provided) and all the dishes and cookware you should need.

The Large Bedroom features a King Sized Bed, 55" Roku equipped Smart TV and plenty of closet space.
The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen Sized bed 43" Roku equipped Smart TV and plenty of closet space.

That bathroom is completely remodeled with a Tile Shower/Tub, His and Her vanity and plenty of space.

You also have a laundry area at the very back.

Bring your Family, even the 4 legged members to Sugar Hollow and enjoy the convenience of being close to Pigeon Forge!

Just 1/4 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, you can walk to many of the near by attractions and if you're up for it can get anywhere in Pigeon Forge without having to battle the Parkway Traffic.

Dog Policy - If you are brining your furry friend you must submit a message through the app and let us know what the age and breed of the dog is. We do not allow puppies less than 1 year old and certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs must be house trained.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for you pets to do their business and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them.

Because we are Dog Friendly if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs you should not book Sugar Hollow. While we do our best to thoroughly clean we can not guarantee that if you are highly allergic you won't have a reaction due a previous guests dog.

Take note that while Sugar Hollow can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sleeper sofa there is only 1 bathroom at the home. Because of this it is best equipped for no more than 4. I allow up to 6 but you must keep this in mind.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

Guest booking must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the reservation.
Be sure to purchase your travel insurance!

We do not offer late check out or early check in typically. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided.
Soaps, Shampoo, Coffee Filters and even toothbrushes (just in case you forget) are provided.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $250 plus damages

Sugar Hollow is a 2 family building,

Guests do have the entire home to themselves. While there is an upstairs apartment there is no interior connection between the 2 units and the upstairs is not frequently used. You will likely never hear anyone up there and you will certainly not disturb anyone.

We have no control over the weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.
