Welcome to our beautiful home on Lake Latoka in Alexandria, where you’ll find the perfect blend of comfort, style, and natural beauty. The lake boasts an incredible 13 feet of water clarity, and our private lot features a large, level yard with easy access to the lake and a fantastic swimming area—perfect for little swimmers.

The home has been remodeled and updated with all-new furnishings, decor, and beds to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Enjoy the massive 20'x30' overlooking the lake, complete with beautiful outdoor dining and lounge seating. Inside, the sun porch invites you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax on a spacious, cozy sofa.

The open kitchen and dining area features a stunning natural wood dining table, ideal for gathering together for meals. For fun and entertainment, the game room offers ping pong, Boss Toss, and a game table, while the custom movie room has plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy movie nights. This is the perfect retreat for families and friends alike.

Note: Due to local regulations, this property can accommodate up to 12 adults (children 5 and under do not count). To help protect the property, we do have security cameras outside the front door and the back deck.

Wonderful stay all around. Communication from the host was excellent. House was lovely and very well cared for. It had anything you could possibly need for a relaxing lakeside stay. Views of the lake are amazing and priceless. Highly recommend!

Great Place and Location!

Went up with a large group of guys for a golf weekend and this place was perfect. We enjoyed the large deck, movie room and ping pong table. The kitchen had everything we needed and the process for checking in and out was easy and Lisa was great to work with. Definitely recommend for all.

Amazing property in a great location!!

Loved this house and all of its features! We had 3 families, plenty of room and activities for everyone. Highlights were the water equipment available, spacious kitchen and all the appliances available, theater room, and the large deck. Would love to come back!!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Vacation!

The home is beautiful with room for all 10 of us! We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong, paddle boards, kayaks, croquet, and boating on the lake. The location is great and the house was fully stocked for anything we wanted to cook. Dinner at local restaurants was also wonderful. I would rate this 5 stars!! We appreciate them opening up their home to us! Thanks for a great vacation for our family. :-)

Beautiful Cabin!

The Cabin exceeded our expectations! It was such a beautiful property. The owners thought of so many details to make it special. The kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed all of the lake toys and being able to sit around the giant table to play games together. The kids loved the movie room! My favorite room was the 4 season porch. Highly recommend!

Great house and awesome communication. Few things to note: dock is in very shallow water … we have a large boat and had to walk it up to and away from the dock each time to ensure we didn’t damage props … it works but makes it a bit stressful. Awesome fire pit on deck picture cannot be used by guests due to code.

Beautiful place! Gorgeous home with fantastic decor! Comfortable and cozy! The host has this down to a T! From the binder with every detail within the home to around the lake, we were informed! If I had a question, she was available immediately! She was easy to talk to and felt like a friend I've chatted with for years! Its a perfect private quiet spot at a dead end with plenty of things to do, great access on the lake and gorgeous detail! We enjoyed so much, we would recommend to anyone and would return! Thank you!

Girls weekend

We had such an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and had plenty of space for all 9 of us. We enjoyed a movie in the theater room, fire by the lake and a brunch with the patio doors open! We’d love to come back, Alexandria had so much to offer. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Lovely lake home

We had a truly wonderful time staying at this lake home! We had more than enough space with all the bedrooms. The layout of the kitchen and dining room is so convenient with the deck attached, and allows you to go down to the back yard with the lake very easily. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the lily pad very much! The kiddos and adults alike loved their stay!❤️

A great place for relaxation and quality friend time.

Location is amazing. Close to downtown Alexandria . We Went shopping , eating, golfing,winery, brewery, go carts,and mini golf, and hit the Eagles club for a cocktail and pull tabs. Back at the house we watched movies, played games, used the fantastic kitchen,and enjoyed some friendly catching up. Outdoors was used for corn hole, bocce ball, fires, and spending ALOT of time on the water toys, boat, and pontoon, The morning coffee on the large deck with that gorgeous view was my favorite. THANK YOU for a memorable experience

Beautiful home!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! We kayaked and paddle boarded and, with convenient rental from Fun Rentals, pontooned and jet skied. There is level frontage to the lake, which is very clean, a nice dock and a great swimming area. Inside, the long dining table was perfect for cards and the theater room was nice for late night movie watching. Beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and beautiful, and morning coffee in the cozy sunroom was heavenly. We had a small issue with a clogged drain in the master shower, but the owner was quick to respond, pleasant to deal with and very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home

Our experience started off a bit alarming. A few weeks before our stay, I received an email stating I needed to agree to paperwork and send further information about who would be staying with me. The paperwork was pretty overwhelming as I felt like I was signing a mortgage with everything that needed to be agreed to. I had questions on some of it and replied back to the email that sent it but never got a response which was disappointing but I still agreed in fear that our vacation would be cancelled otherwise. I had never had to go through so much work to reserve a place to stay for a few days so it was nerve-wracking as to what we had signed up for and whether or not we would get privacy while there. I feel like all of that should have taken place during the reservation process, not after I had already paid the non refundable fees. Once the time came, the owner had called to let me know what to expect upon arrival and I also received a more in depth welcome packet via email. It would have been nice to get that email immediately after reserving instead of an hour before check in time though as it could have helped during our packing. We arrived at the home and it was absolutely beautiful and had lots of space. There was plenty of space to house our whole family but due to their limitations on occupancy some of our family were forced to get a hotel room nearby. The house came with tons of amenities! I never once heard from the kids (all boys) that they were bored. There was plenty to do, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it all. The favorite or most popular amenity was probably the theatre room. Everyone had an amazing time and would definitely return in the future! If the owners could get rid of the inconveniences with all the paperwork, I would give this place a 5 star rating.

Great for families!

This is a wonderful place to vacation with family! It was spotless, and had so much to offer. We kayaked, paddled boarded, swam, they also had so many more beach toys that we didn’t even use! My little Grandson had so much fun playing on the sandy beach! The host was very communicative on a couple of questions I had! I highly recommend this place!!!
