Small villa for 2 to 6 people maximum in a quiet family residence (between the village and the beach in the centre -- near the mini-golf "Tropical Golf").<br>Rental reserved for families, not available for groups with an average age of less than 25 years old.<br><br>The swimming pool is open from June to September.<br>Our ad is also available on the Bon Coin website at a more competitive price.<br><br>The rate may change depending on the number of nights.<br>The rate displayed is for 1 week (7 nights) of rental.<br><br>The booking schedule is up to date on the website's calendar: please check availability.<br><br>We do not accept holiday vouchers.<br><br>Description:<br>Small T3 type house of about 40 m² with terrace (10m2) in a secure residence with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and private parking space.<br>Quiet residence located in the heart of the resort (tranquility and entertainment at hand and no need for the car! the beach of the centre and entertainment at 800m, bakery and small shops at a few metres (Lidl at 800m), many restaurants at 500m...<br><br>Completely renovated, it consists of:<br>- a mezzanine bedroom with a 140 cm double bed<br>- a 2nd bedroom with a bed of 140 + 1 place of 90 (on the mezzanine)<br>- a bathroom with shower (80x90)<br>- a toilet<br>- a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, open to a kitchen area<br>You also have:<br>- a 10m² terrace with garden table and chairs<br>- a private and numbered parking space<br><br>Main equipment: flat screen TV, washing machine, 4-burner electric hob, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker/toaster, barbecue and electric plancha.<br><br>Arrival/departure procedures:<br>In high season, rentals are from Saturday from 16:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00. Rental contract with 30% deposit by check and payment of the balance when the keys are handed over.<br>Deposit required 570€.
