Why they chose this property
This is a quiet residential friendly community directly on a main canal. No bridges to the Gulf and the 10, 000 islands. 15 minutes to Naples proper or Marco Island.
We rented out the condo a few years ago. When we retired we used the condo. Now we plan on traveling during the winter months. We do not have reviews right now because I took the condo of VRBO and the past reviews went with deleted listing. I can provide reviews from 2 past renters that would be more than happy to chat a potential renter.

What makes this property unique
Amazing sunrises!! Spacious well appointed coastal condo. The setting is off the beaten path..quite..low rises. Great neighborhood. Pockleball courts near by. Everyone is super friendly. Boaters and fisherman. You can catch fish right off the sea wall.
