This is a private island in the middle of the barren river in Everglades City Florida it has a concierge to take you to and from the island on a private pontoon boat you have parking for your vehicle on the mainland and you have a private boat slip on the island the island includes a clubhouse and swimming pool and small gym also there is excellent fishing off the island There is plenty to do because you are located in the heart of the Florida Everglades you can go for airboat ride kayak tours manatee tours alligator hunting fishing there is also shark fishing right off the dock **** there is a 30.00 a person over 18 charge foe a background check required also it’sa 10 day minimum rental

Most enjoyable stay, at a wonderful property

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying in Everglades City. The home was amazing, and gave us great access to amazing fishing and fun. We are sure to come back.

Awesome Fishing Getaway

Great location very comfortable peaceful and relaxing place friendly people. Easy access to the everglades if you love to fish. What more could you ask for. Already planning next year.

I am a born and raised Floridian living in southwest Florida my whole life. The Everglades is a very special place in this island is probably one of the most special places in the whole state. It’s nice to be able to offer it to other people to come enjoy like I have with my family over the years.

Why they chose this property

With growing up in Florida as a Floridian, being surrounded by the natural nature of what our state has to offer in the Everglades is one of the only places in the world. It’s also one of the places to where you can be basically in the middle of nowhere and then in one hour and either direction you could be in Naples, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, some of the biggest cities in our state, so there’s literally everything to do

What makes this property unique

What makes his property so unique is that it’s actually a private island located in the middle of the barren river in Everglades City surrounded by the Everglades National Park no other place like it in the world it’s a very special place. You can look out your window at any time see manatees Alligators, all types of wildlife. Some of the best fishing in the world is right out your back door.
