You are on vacation. Simply leave your house key & garage door opener on the kitchen counter and walk out the door. Housekeeping will be there at 10:00 AM. Have a safe trip home and come back soon.
Feel free to text me if you depart early. Housekeeping is always anxious to start early if possible.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours – No noise allowed after 9:00 pm. No parties are allowed at any time. No additional guests are allowed on property.
Maximum Occupancy – The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. No additional overnight guests are allowed.
Parking – Parking on the road is not permitted without permission from the Home Owners Assoc.
