Casa Gris is a nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2 bath with den in Oro Valley situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of the pristine Monterra community. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. The den includes a beautiful mountain view from the desk, perfect for home officing.
The Monterra community has access to Naranja Park from the neighborhood, which includes pickleball courts, a dog park, an archery range, walking trails, and more. Catch a paved path to biking The Loop bike trail from the community. Enjoy the wonderful weather outdoors, soak up the sun in the spool. Take your work outside on the covered patio, or relax in the peaceful yard. Have an evening fire by the wood-burning fireplace. Kick back in the jacuzzi under a sky full of stars.
