Bonjour, Je découvre votre commentaire, que vous avez laissé après votre séjour, et je me permets de répondre de manière ferme. Dès le premier jour, je vous ai proposé un remboursement total et de libérer le studio, une offre que vous avez refusée. Vous avez donc fait le choix de rester, et aujourd'hui vous critiquez ce que vous avez accepté. Le Wi-Fi est clairement précisé comme non disponible dans l’annonce. Si vous en aviez vraiment besoin, il existe des solutions comme une clé 4G ou les connexions publiques en ville. Cela ne justifie en rien votre mécontentement. Quant aux cafards, c'est la première fois que l’on évoque ce problème. Le logement est méticuleusement entretenu, et aucun autre locataire n'a jamais rencontré ce genre de souci. Il est donc difficile de prendre vos accusations au sérieux. Votre commentaire est injustifié, et ne reflète ni la réalité ni l'expérience de la grande majorité des voyageurs. Tolle Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Für vier Personen war es uns ziemlich eng.
