Lake Hamilton Getaway on Quiet Cove!! Close to Races, a central location!!

Home is nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton. Sits at the mouth of Hot Springs Creek. Drive your boat up to a private dock, tie up, and walk straight up the lighted, flagstone stairs to your vacation getaway! No worries about your boat getting beat up from all the boat traffic since the cove is calm and only about 10 minutes to the main channel by boat. Home is over 3000 sqft and was built 2003 and will not disappoint. Drive the winding road to the home which seems a million miles away from the city but is only one mile from Central Avenue and Super Walmart; a nice convenience. If you are concerned about location; no worries this is perfect. Hot Springs Mall is one direction and Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino (3.1 miles), Downtown and Bath Row Houses are the other direction. All just a few miles.

Relax on the deck or sit outside for dinner and grill hamburgers or steaks. There is great fishing off the boat dock. Dock has lights for night fishing. Some of the winning, tournament fish have been caught in this cove! Nature reserve is across cove with lots of ducks, geese, eagles and other wildlife to watch while sitting under many mature trees. Lake drops in winter months (end of Oct until early Mar) but a running stream remains with nice sounds and much wildlife to watch!

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Kitchen/breakfast/bar: Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless/black appliances (refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher). Breakfast table seats 4 and stainless bar seats 6. Plates, silverware, utensils, kitchen towels and cookware are provided.
1 roll of paper towels provided as starter.

Dining room: Table seats 6. Who's cooking tonight?

Living room: Room has 75 in tv, couches, chairs, bistro table (seats 3) and sliding glass door opens to deck. Deck has table, chairs, and grill (propane) and overlooks the peaceful lake and nature reserve.

Primary bedroom: Room has a large window with a spectacular view of lake. Wall mounted smart tv. King size bed. Sleeps 2.

Primary bathroom: Bath has a granite counter with his and her contemporary sinks. Jetted tub and a serene, walk-in shower. Bath towels are provided. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Secondary bedrooms: 3 other bedrooms have a queen bed each and wall mounted smart tvs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Secondary bathrooms: 2 secondary full bathrooms have shower/tub combo. With master bath there are a total of three full bathrooms in home. 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Gameroom: (Just for fun) Large room downstairs with foosball, air hockey, pool and ping pong tables, PacMan, and video pinball machine with 22 different tables. 65 in smart tv mounted to watch sports or play music while you play games.

Downstairs galaxy theater room. Projector and Blu-ray player for movie fun (few DVDs are provided).
