This property was exactly as described. We found the property to be extremely clean. In addition, this property provided an abundant amount of stuff...from kitchen spices to more than ample bedding. Communication with the host was fantastic and questions were answered promptly. Will stay again, if we return to that area!

July 4th getaway

This is a great place to stay right on the water. The house iso well anppointed. Easy to get to downtown but still somewhat isolated. We rented kayaks and explored along the shore. We had a great relaxing time.

Great house and view!

A couple of us stayed here for a long work trip and it was everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the view off the balcony is unbeatable. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable home in great location

The home is located on a great location on the lake with easy access to Central Ave, shopping, restaurants, and boat rentals. When we arrived, the home was very clean, neat and welcoming complete with the AC turned to a comfortable temperature. The home nicely accommodated our 8 adults. We enjoyed swimming by their swim dock. We enjoyed all of the outdoor deck space! It had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items you would need. The dining table fit our 8 adults comfortably and was great for playing games as well. The large two-car garage was much appreciated so our cars did not sit in the heat. We have rented this house two years i a row, and we loved it both times. The host is very nice and accommodating!

Lake Getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway. Our group consisted of 6 adults… all old friends on our yearly excursion. House was perfect for us. Just as pictures show and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and open spacious common area to hang out in. We had plenty of space to cook meals, gather around dining table for dinner and games, and lots of sofas and chairs in den. Big open windows look out towards the lake. Large outside deck perfect for grilling and chilling!! Lake Hamilton is beautiful and we had a welcome breeze blowing off the water in the evenings. We swam and floated in the water at the lower deck. Very peaceful. Parked our jet ski in the provided boat slip after launching at the marina right around the corner! Kitchen was large and had all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware needed. We used the blender and coffee pots daily. Plenty of parking for our 6 cars. Location was very convenient to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped one afternoon on the Main Street downtown. Lots of cute boutiques and shade trees along the sidewalks. We also hiked up the park trail starting downtown and leading up to an overlook. Ate at Rocky’s Pizza, best pizza we’ve had in years!!! Busy on Saturday night but worth it. Homeowner Sally was very nice and quick to respond when I reached out. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and hopefully get back for a second visit.

This property has it all. Everything was so well appointed. Plenty of linens, kitchen, supplies, appliances, places to hang out, places to sit, comfortable beds, nice finishes. Girls getaway

Our girls group goes to a different destination every summer. The house was just wonderful in every way! We loved sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake. It was so easy to get in and out of the lake for a swim too. We were amazed at all of the items provided that made us feel at home.

Great gathering place

Very responsive host, great decks with great views, comfortable rooms. Appreciated that 2 of the rooms were on ground floor and accessible to 2 of our couples with mobility issues. Well equipped kitchen and dining table big enough to handle our group. Groceries not far away for getting those things we forgot. Lots of places to "hang out" together.

A little too much rain; but, we really liked the house and enjoyed our visit.

The gas grill needs some replacement parts. And, the back door lock probably needs a new battery. But, we really enjoyed the back porch and the decking.

Why they chose this property

My family has owned this piece of land for over 70 years! My great grandparents, grandparents, parents, and myself have all lived on this property at some point in our lives. This beautiful piece of property is very special to us and we enjoy the opportunity to allow others to make their own memories with their families as well. This particular home was built in 2000 by my father for my grandparents. We have spent many days and nights spending time together on the back deck that overlooks the lake. My favorite part of the deck is that even on the hottest of days it always seems to have a breeze blowing by.

What makes this property unique

One of the great features of this house is the back deck that overlooks the lake. No matter how hot it may be, there is always a breeze on this deck! It is a great place to congregate with family or friends. It is also wonderful for enjoying peaceful time by yourself reading a book or just admiring the great view. Another unique benefit is that the house has a secluded feel, but it is also a very convenient location. It is about 3 minutes from Hot Springs' main road yet feels very private.
