Situated on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll have easy access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the accommodation (paid parking spaces on the street and along the ramparts).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo station, about 9 minutes’ drive away (2.5 km).
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, about 1 hour 5 minutes’ drive away (76.3 km).
- From Place Saint-Vincent, you’ll find buses and coaches departing for all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont-Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey depart from the ferry terminal, a 5-minute walk away.

- A welcome in person: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat, share some top tips with you and hand over the keys.
