The home was exactly as described, clean, cozy and in a great location. The view from the back was great. Having the Cabana Club included is such a bonus. Carla is very helpful and her communication throughout was awesome. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, and the house was well stocked with beach towels, a coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of pots and pans.We did reach out to Karla for help with the thermostat, and she responded immediately. The weather was so beautiful that we barely needed the air conditioning, but when we did, it worked perfectly.The highlight of our stay was definitely the dock. Sitting out there each morning with a cup of coffee was absolutely delightful. We would happily stay here again!

Key Colony stay

We had a wonderful time! Property is exactly as pictured and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of towels and sheets. carla was easy to contact. We already booked for next year!

Great Stay in KCB!

Amazing!

We spent a week on key colony beach and absolutely loved it! The house was perfect. It had everything we needed including a large dock for our boat with easy access to both the gulf and Atlantic. We would love to come back someday!

Worth the stay

Property as described, clean and good communication with owner. We had a great stay! There was more outdoor furniture than pictured, lounge chairs, a pop up table and chairs to eat outside, plus bait freezer! Saw manatees!! Thanks Carla!!!

Perfect!

This is the third time we’ve stayed in Key Colony Beach. It’s the perfect location. We loved having a boat right there at the house and having easy access to the ocean and bay. The house was perfect—clean and well stocked. The back yard was the perfect place to relax with plenty of seating and yard lights. Carla was the perfect host. She quickly responded to our messages. I’d highly recommend this place!

Enjoyable Vacation

The home is was great. Plenty enough room for a family of four. The back patio was awesome. Watching the boat coming in and out the canal was neat. We even saw a mother manatee and her baby float by. Having spices, paper products, lots of pots & pans, laundry detergent, several beach towels and a couple fishing rods was a nice benefit. Carla was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. If you are looking for a nice quite community to vacation, this is your place. We enjoyed our time in the keys!

10 day stay

This property was truly beautiful. It had an amazing backyard with a lovely view, and a dock that was amazing to go kayaking right in the backyard or just sit and enjoy a view. The house was very clean and the host always replied quickly. The inside was so pretty, this property was an amazing place to stay. It came with toiletries and had kitchen utensils which were very useful. During this stay we were also allowed access to the cabana club which was a really nice private club with a pool and beachside and a nice food place at the club. This property was amazing and we would definitely reccomend it to anyone wanting to stay in the keys!

NICE canal house rental in the best area to stay in the Keys!

This rental allowed us to have the much needed restful yet playful vacation to the Floriday Keys. Nothing beats being on the water. I wondered if I'd miss a beach view since first time on a canal. Well having the Cabana club (pool and oceanfront club) included made the stay the perfect balance! The home had everything we needed. Nice to have had some essentials that most rentals don't have (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc). 2nd time staying in Key Colony Beach. I couldn't think of a better centrally located small and safe feel community to stay a week in. Highly recommend the rental. Thanks Carla!

Superb vacation spot

This place is better than advertised with all amenities needed. Great location to relax and reset after frustrating year. Plenty of great restaurants close. Cute beach and nice pool but was busy during our stay we preferred exploring during days and drinks at house. Saw tons of fish off dock as well as a stingray and 2 manatees right at this house. Owner great to work with and reached out to assure we had everything needed. Highly recommend!!!!

Perfect family vacation

Magnificent location, lovely little town . Perfect house for four . Extremely clean . The pictures are spot on ! Beautiful! We had a fantastic time . We will be back !! Highly recommend it .
