Epic Pool Cabin w/ Mini Golf + Theater

Game Changer has it all: Indoor Heated Pool, Virtual Gaming Center, Putt Putt golf course, outdoor living area, home theater room with 9 foot theater screen and tiered theater seating - and all in an incredibly convenient location with no steep roads to access the cabin. If this cabin is available we suggest you book it as it won't stay open for long. 2 King suites and one kids bunk room with triple queen bunk (sleeps 6 kids) - all bedrooms have private full bath. Full kitchen and dining area for in cabin meals. Thanks for looking and we look forward to hosting you during your stay.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We were in very close proximity to the Island, the Parkway and several mountain coaster locations!

Game Changer November 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great overall. Big enough to fit 8 of us with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Lots of activities for the kids to do. They really enjoyed the personal tvs in each bunk. We were disappointed to arrive on Saturday and find out the tv above the outdoor fireplace was missing and the fireplace itself didn’t work. Customer service was helpful and explained a new tv had been ordered and was ready to be installed. Unfortunately the tv wasn’t installed until Monday, 1 day before we were leaving. It would have been helpful to have known ahead of time about the tv. Maintenance reported fixing the fireplace but we still needed to light it with a lighter that we brought. We had an issue with the golf simulator that we had to work with the owner about and also didn’t get resolved during our stay. Overall the cabin was nice, could use some updating with outdoor cushions and the games provided (many were broken or missing lots of pieces).

Fun Family Vacation

Would recommend a vehicle with good breaks the driveway is on a big incline. We opted to make most of our meals at the house was pleased to find two pizza trays, nice pots and pans, and a quality kitchen and grill. The house was impressively clean inside and out.

Perfect getaway for a family!!!

This was an amazing place to go and have some quality time without having to go anywhere. Groceries were easily delivered so we didn’t even have to leave to get those. We took our own games but they had a wealth to choose from also. The pool and hot tub was was great as well. Lots of fantastic memories were made and we can’t wait to go again.

A true Game Changer

From making s'mores to relaxing in the hot tub to a pretty competitive putt-putt tournament we had a blast! The indoor pool was a big hit too. The indoor space is great too, the decorations of the Smokies are a great touch. I would recommend Game Changer to anyone. I'm sure we will stay again.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is tough to rate. On one hand, the cabin is impressive, but on the other, they are completely lying about the golf simulator. The simulator they are using is the cheapest one possible, which is pointless to have or use. If you just want the simulator to mess around and you don't actually golf, then it's fine. But we picked this cabin solely because of the simulator. It shows a man hitting left-handed in the picture, well, that is impossible with the simulator that they have. If you are a golfer, it is the equivalent of showing a very nice pool and then showing up to a plastic kiddie pool. Then Elk Springs Resort couldn't care less. They did nothing to remedy the issues. There was also a water leak, and the dishwasher didn't drain occasionally. We won't be back.

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the cabin with 4 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13). The cabin was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The kids found plenty to stay busy and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The outdoor space was amazing where we enjoyed making s’mores and relaxing in the hot tub between games of golf and connect 4. The location was convenient with a reasonable drive into Pigeon Forge. My only complaints would be the proximity of the neighbors (which is probably pretty standard) and that the kids room is located right at the front door (a personal safety concern). Overall great place and great stay!

Not worth the money

Very bad experience check in was 3 pm they was still there cleaning the cabin at 5 pm nothing that was supposed to work like the projector did not work the place had nothing no blankets no extra pillows nothing and it was dirty worse experience I’ve ever had . I let them know but the only thing I got from them was sorry.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: was disappointed at the aged product we stayed in. We rented based upon the pictures but was disappointed in the condition of the actual unit.It served us well in regards to bedrooms and water amenities. It was in close proximity to the main area of Pigeon Forge. I just wish that the product presented would have been the product received

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time overall. Gaming system was broken, they tried to fix twice though but was still broken. Also our daughter got hurt on the bunk beds (be careful they're dangerous and a sign is really needed, huge rungs and 3 levels). Cabin is beautiful and everything else was in working order, area is beautiful.

We ensure you we were able to address it with the owner and did troubleshoot and repair. We are also still addressing the bunk beds. Safety is our biggest concern and we do not wany anyone getting hurt while staying in our cabins. Rest assured we will remedy any issue with them and make sure no one else is hurt. Check in time is only a suggestion

Cabin had everything we expected. Pictures online do make it look bigger than it is but everything promised was there. Check in was a terrible start to our trip. We told them 3:00 pm. They sent text and said cabin wouldn’t be clean until 5:30. It was 7:30. We had 3 small Children, traveled from Ohio and illinois and couldn’t get into our cabin until 4.5 hours after original check in time. Was told on phone that 3:00 pm is just a suggestion on when it can be ready. Overall a good place to stay.

Game Changer Cabin Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house could have been more clean. Lot of dust upstairs along with spider webs in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Main floor deck seats were dirty with pollen on all covers. The covers should be cleaned before each use especially with the pollen. Gas log fire place would not light on the main floor living room. The gas logs outside on main floor deck smelt of gas when turned on.

June Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really nice. The hot tub did not have any of the head rests in place. The golf simulator did not have a tee for the ball so we could not play it. The outdoor chairs had very dirty cushions. When we needed the trash removed, the company was very responsive and showed up immediately. The house was nice but the third bedroom was extremely small with the three bunk beds. There was no room for any type of luggage in the room. The house was very clean when we arrived. Overall a good experience but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
