Each of the three spacious bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for every guest. The residence is thoughtfully appointed with large TVs, recessed speakers, hardwood-style doors, slip-resistant porcelain tile flooring, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Guests have access to the building’s full range of resort amenities including the rooftop infinity pool, ocean-level pool and jacuzzi, rooftop lounge and restaurant, oceanside dining areas, fully equipped gym, spa facilities, steam rooms, and direct beach access.

Families with children are welcome. For building security and registration requirements, guest names must be submitted at least 14 days prior to arrival (or within 24 hours if booking inside the 14-day window). We are available before, during, and after your stay to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

A resort fee of 518 pesos per night per group is paid directly to the building at check-in. This fee provides access to the pools, towel service, spa facilities, steam rooms, and on-site restaurants.

Weather in Mexico can change quickly, and most tropical systems pass within a few days. While we understand that weather may affect travel plans, refunds or rescheduling outside the standard cancellation policy cannot be provided due to rain, storms, hurricanes, or general weather conditions unless there is a mandatory evacuation, the airport serving the area is officially closed, or the booking platform activates its official Extenuating Circumstances policy. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip.

On rare occasions isolated incidents may occur in parts of Mexico. Refunds outside the standard cancellation policy will only be considered if the airport serving the destination is officially closed, a government-mandated evacuation applies to our exact area, or the booking platform overrides reservations under emergency guidelines.

If anything is damaged or not functioning properly during your stay, please notify us through the booking platform so we can address the issue promptly.

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay and are asked to treat the home and furnishings with care. Please follow all building guidelines regarding shared amenities and observe checkout time so the cleaning team can prepare the residence for the next guests.
