Amazing stay! The location is amazing! We loved enjoying breakfast on the deck with amazing views. The unit has a well appointed kitchen with a good amount of kitchen tools if you feel like cooking. If not, there are tons of amazing restaurants in the area. The location is close the Malecon and old town and the pool was great!

Our stay at this condo was amazing. It is SO SPACIOUS and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The patio is huge, with an amazing view of the gardens and Malecon. The AC worked really well and we were greeted on time by the property manager. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This condo was in a great location. Right on the Malecon, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything was in Good working order and the property manager and host were very communicative! This stay occurred during the hot season, so the pool was welcome refreshment! And the food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious! Watching the sun rise each morning from the veranda in the coolest part of the day was a treat!

We had a wonderful time. The location cannot be beat. Walk to everything you would want to do in the area. Even more spacious than the photos look. The staff and pool with a bar for a quick lunch and drinks was fantastic. Kitchen was large and fully stocked also for some lunches or breakfast in. We had such a wonderful time. I would recommend and return to this rental again.

It has been a wonderful stay in Neal's condo! We have a family group of 7. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have space.The condo is in lovely condition and well stocked with everything we needed. We have stayed in Molino de Agua before and are familiar with the great facilities. One of our group has some mobility issues, but was able to enjoy the pool with everyone else, because there is a long gradual ramp to enter the huge pool, no steps or ladder to negotiate. Neal is a great host and very easy to communicate with. His onsite staff was excellent and able to secure a second parking space for our group. Thank you, Neal, for making your condo available and to all the staff at Molino de Agua who keep the grounds in immaculate condition and were so kind and welcoming. We look forward to returning next year

Awesome location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room, an amazing pool we used everyday and short walks to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores, etc., etc. -- right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. We'd definitely recommend it!

Great spot! So many restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool has a swim up bar and serves food if you want to stay in the property. Awesome view of the sunset and pool. The condo had everything that we needed and even had inflatables for the pool.

Absolutely AMAZING!

We loved everything about this property and the location! The condo unit itself was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our family and family friends. The amenities at the condo with the pool and the swim bar were amazing. The food at the pool was so yummy that we literally just started eating there every day for lunch. I highly recommend this property. It will not disappoint as it's very centrally located and you can walk to restaurants and down the Malacon for shopping.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Spot for Our First Time in PV!

Our family of four stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and this home made a great impression. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some downtime. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!Naomi

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time. The property is exactly as described, perfect location, gorgeous grounds & pool, and everything you could need in the apartment. We spent most of our time out on the huge deck, and not once did we hear any noise from the Malecón or neighbours. Check in was seamless and both Neal and Mario were helpful and responsive to all our questions. The location cannot be beat - our running joke was that everything was “4 minutes walk away,” according to Google. It was one of the best trips we’ve had and we’re already planning to go back next year.

I wish I could give greater than a five star rating

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this building during visits to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is luxurious, with great living space, large comfortable bedrooms and an outstanding terrace with pool and ocean views. The sunsets were breathtaking every night. It’s a quick walk to all beaches, shopping and restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Gorgeous unit in a fabulous complex

Molino de Agua is one of finest condo complexes in PV, and sits right on the Malecon. Walk everywhere. Warm pool in January was a nice surprise with exceptional poolside service.

perfect condo in the perfect spot

This spacious condo is in the heart of all that PV has to offer. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants, ocean boardwalk, lovely markets, and art galleries. Amazing pool and grounds, with swim-up bar selling cocktails and Mexican fare. Staff and host attentive to every need. If this place is available, reserve it quickly before it's gone!!!

We enjoy Puerto Vallarta's good food, ocean views, and friendly locals. Molino de Agua is an amazing location on the south end of the Malecon and in the Romantic Zone. Puerto Vallarta is a little piece of heaven on Earth!

Why they chose this property

These two past guest reviews sum it up best:
The location between the romantic zone and the newer Malicon was perfect.
Most of all we enjoyed the view of the beauty of the gardens, pool and bay from the balcony.
Being at tree top level was relaxing.
I was invited to tour the penthouse in your tower.
Amazing decoration and view, however, your location is so much nicer.
The ground personnel were outstanding.
They did not miss a beat.
We felt so safe.

I was leery of being on a lower floor. While the view of the ocean was not as grand as it is from up higher you can still see it. But you have an amazing view of the grounds of Molino which are amazing. One thing that was really great is that being on the lower level on the side of the building we were on is that there was no noise. Our friends in the Pent House were not able to sleep with their windows open because of the dance club that is near by which thumps away until 5am. From our unit you heard NO NOISE at all and were able to sleep with the windows open. It gets an incredible cross breeze. Leading up to the trip Mr. Greenbaum, the owner, was great.
