Cocoonr is offering “À la calanque” for rent – a lovely house situated in the heart of the charming little fishing port of Malmousque, as if nestled in a calanque right in the town centre. This 110 m² house offers unique access to the sea, as it is situated at the far end of the small fishing harbour. You can take to the water using the paddleboard provided with the house. The house features a terrace on the ground floor, shaded by a mulberry-plane tree, which is ideal for family meals and rinsing off the paddleboard. On the first floor, you enter the house, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is the ideal holiday home for enjoying Marseille by the sea whilst being close to the city centre. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is laid out as follows:
- An entrance via the ground-floor terrace, with an outdoor dining area where you can rinse your feet before climbing a few steps to enter the house.

The first floor comprises:
- A large living room with a fireplace (firewood not provided) and a large family table
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen
- A bathroom with a toilet and shower.

On the second floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom and separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

The house is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: Air conditioning / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules…

When you stay in La Cala Malmousque, you’re choosing a traditional neighbourhood in France’s second-largest city by the sea: you’ll feel as though you’re cut off from the rest of the world! Step out of the house and you’ll find yourself right by the water’s edge in the fishing harbour. When it comes to swimming, you’ll be spoilt for choice: the beach or the rocks. In Malmousque, everyone has their favourite spot: the harbour for some, the rocks on your right for others, the rocks near the military bathing club, or even Maldormé Beach or the Batterie des Lions.

If you head towards the Corniche (the coastal road), you can turn left and make your way to the town centre and the Old Port, passing over the magnificent Vallon des Auffes, past Catalans Beach and the famous Cercle des Nageurs.
If you turn right, heading south, you’ll reach the Prophètes, Prado and Pointe Rouge beaches, and, above all, the Calanques.

You will receive a personalised welcome on arrival from a member of staff at the Cocoonr Marseille office, who will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
