For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Toller Blick, sehr schön gestaltete Anlage mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen. Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sono molti anni ormai che trascorro insieme alla mia famiglia le vacanze in questo magnifico villaggio e, poiché ho sempre preferito lo stesso appartamento mi sembra ogni volta quasi di tornare a casa. Infatti vi trovo la stessa comodità e confort, sempre tutto in ordine, perfettamente pulito e attrezzato di tutto quello che occorre alla mia famiglia. Il giardino e la piscina poi sono sempre perfettamente curati ed è tutto sempre molto in ordine. La vista mare poi è fantastica .

Schöne Anlage, toller Blick

Die Anlage war sehr schön gelegen und schön gestaltet. Der Blick war sensationell. Das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser sein können. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique vue et jardins somptueux

Vue magnifique sur l’île de Tavolara, les jardins sont super bien entretenus et la piscine est jolie. La maison est propre mais les lits peu confortables. Depuis notre dernier séjour en 2018, le règlement d’ordre intérieur n’est plus respecté (piscine fermée de 13h à 16h pour le calme de la résidence) Les enfants crient toute la journée… c’est dommage!

Une superbe résidence de vacances

La résidence est calme et très bien entretenue, le jardin est magnifique. La piscine est un vrai plus et est assez peu fréquentée. L'appartement est spacieux et bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur mer. La situation est idéale, tout est accessible en 10-15min à pieds (supérette, restaurants, glacier, plage, port...) et Olbia est à 15min en voiture.

Fabelhafte Unterkunft

Es ist inklusive Geschirrspüler alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht. Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt! Jeden Tag werden Pool und Liegen gereinigt.

Eine herrlich Anlage, Top gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal. Saubere großzügige Zimmer und ein schattiger Parkplatz. Zum Strand und zum Einkaufen auch nicht weit. Der Pool ausreichend groß und meine Kinder haben den Bereich geliebt wo sie im Pool stehen konnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
