Fully renovated and decor updated in 2024! 8 acre property, shared with one carriage house not rented, with amazing views of October Mountain and one mile from Lenox Center. 1.5 miles from Tanglewood. The property features so much, pool, chess set, sport court, gardens abound, a wraparound porch you can enjoy a relaxing day. A wonderful place to re-charge and enjoy your time. The property has 5 bedrooms and a separate crib room. It sleeps 10 in beds (without the child in the crib room) - a maximum of 16 are allowed in the house.

Bucolic setting and very centrally located for visits to Tanglewood, Sturbridge and surrounding areas. Very nice kitchen and renovated bathrooms. Pool is not heated so unless it’s really hot out you might find it cold

We had a wonderful week with our family at this beautiful house. We enjoyed having enough bedrooms and space for 10 of us including a baby and 3 year old. The house was very well equipped especially for the kids, a crib, high chair, potty seats, so many toys, a swing set and the pool. The house is old and had a few quirks. It would be helpful if there was signage or an instruction manual for the lights and such. Unfortunately the pool house was off limits. It would have been nice to have a bathroom close to the pool and to be able to use the gym. We were surprised that body wash was not included in the shower and limited toilet paper was provided. The porch was a beautiful place to sit but it was a bit dirty. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend this beautiful house in a great location in the Berkshires.

The property was as advertised. It was very roomy and the pool was enjoyed by my kids. One drawback was that during the entire first day of our stay contractors were working on the house next door sawing through stones to make a wall. The lawn service also spend a few our running power equipment.

Wow! What a beautiful piece of property and charming old home. We traveled for a family wedding and had 3 generations staying in the home. There was plenty of room for all. The only caveat I would mention is that all bedrooms are upstairs. My in-laws are in their late eighties and nineties. The house has lots of stairs, a few entering and in various points throughout, so I was concerned about them, but they did fine. The beds are also very high off the ground, so it was a bit tough for them to get into but if there are no mobility issues then no worries. The home has so much character and charm while also being updated and beautifully appointed. The grounds are something else, so well maintained with flower beds and big old trees lining the driveway, it's like a little piece of heaven. And then there is the pool area (we visited after Labor Day so pool was closed) and basketball court/shuffleboard and there was even a children's play structure. All very well thought out and maintained. The kitchen was a wonderful place to gather as well and be sure to enjoy the front porch for morning coffee! I would highly recommend for a group or a couple of families with children.

Really nice house, beautiful property, pool, basketball court and outdoor games. My only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the shower. And no coffee for breakfast. Otherwise everything was lovely! Highly recommend this location.

Such a beautiful house! So comfortable. The kitchen was perfect to gather around in. Kids went skiing at jiminy peak which was so close. Hope to return- maybe when we can use the pool!

Wonderful multi generational weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 10. The huge kitchen was a fit for our family who love to cook and linger at meal time. The living room, family room and dining rooms provided great spaces for smaller groups to gather, game, and gab. AND the POOL - what a bonus!

Perfect Weekend Getaway for a Family

We were a large group of 10 adults and 2 children, and this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Spacious enough for everyone to have their own rooms/beds and space for activities - cooking, eating, lounging, playing outside. Great location and easy to find!

Great summer retreat

Our stay was great! The house was large and had enough space to get together or to find some quiet space when wanted. AC worked well for the very hot week we had. Kids and adults really enjoyed the pool and court area. Location was great for checking out Lenox and other surrounding areas.

Lovely home.

It's al lovely home. Plenty of room inside and out. Kitchen is well equipped. The wraparound porch is perfect. The pool is very nice. Good location. Tennis courts and a very nice golf course a short drive away.
