As part of a trip to see music in Seattle, we stayed at the mountain house. It was perfect for all four adults, giving us each our own spaces. We enjoyed the deck each morning, the Saturday Farmers Market in Issaquah, and the easy access to downtown Seattle. Would definitely consider staying here on a return visit.
We very much enjoyed out say at this very modern house. The big windows allowed us to see the beautiful scenery around the property. Checkin was easy and predictable. It is close to the Trinity Tree Farm where we were attending a wedding. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
It’s not hard to find a beautiful home to rent but to find one with such lovely western, and Asian art, in the middle of these beautiful woods that is so well apportioned and stocked is very difficult. This was really a treat.
This is a beautiful home in the woods. The kitchen is very well furnished. The bedrooms are comfortable. The house is very clean. Lots of space in the dining room/living room area for the family to congregate.

Front door was an issue the whole time, we just didn't lock it. Did not use the kitchen at all, refrigerator was full of food from prior guests? or someone lived there? Cabinets were full, felt very awkward. House was nice, and quiet. Too much personal things in the house to the point it was uncomfortable.

Birthday Holiday weekend
lovely home. Front door is a mess. Keys were not provided and when I called the property manager he told me I wasn’t supposed to lock the door, then hung up on me when I got upset about the idea of not being able to lock the front door. His wife was lovely and came over with keys but the process of getting keys and not being able to lock the door even if it is a safe location is ridiculous.
Great central location for a rural family wedding nearby. Well appointed kitchen and really nice property instruction book that was clear. The property’s gate information was good, but the gate’s displayed property address is slightly different than the actual property address due to a shared parcel, which all worked out but should be considered when navigating.
Beautiful modern home in a natural and serene surrounding. Blackberries abound, especially asking the creek! Home was very clean; be aware that the owner has some personal belongings inside the home, Family photos, clothing, etc. Russ was very accommodating and had good communication. We enjoyed our stay!
This was a great property. Plenty of room for 6 people. Great kitchen and living room space. This property was in a great location for hiking. We really enjoyed staying here.
House was clean and had everything we needed.
Beautiful home just on edge of Issaquah. Easy trip in and out of SeaTac Airport, 10 minutes from grocery and local restaurants. Easy trip up to Snoqualmie and into the city.
We rented this with my sister’s family, 4 adults, 1 kid, and a baby. Absolutely gorgeous setting. We cooked, played games, and went for walks. A perfect long weekend. Loved it!
We were away from home at Christmas and were incredibly grateful to have this beautiful rental to serve as our home away from home. Russ was very accommodating to our unique circumstances and quick to respond to all communications.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and had a lovely Christmas.
We traveled to WA to visit in the Winter my aging MIL. We were positioned well from her, extended family, downtown, airport, and groceries by 10-30 mins.
The property owner is prompt and courteous. He responds to inquires and is a responsible owner.
The home is spacious, comfortable in the winter, quiet, clean, and the kitchen well appointed.
The beds are perfection and the only place we have stayed hotel or home where my back didn’t hurt after 2 nights.
The views are gorgeous and we were blessed with fog, sun, and freshly falling snow. Elk came to the yard. A bald eagle landed.
There were comments about the decor and personal items. I saw something that changed my perspective about that. There’s a book in the home dog eared “100 places to go before I die”. There are numerous dog eared pages. I didn’t regard them but I realized why the eclectic collection of trinkets in the home. It is clear the owner has traveled and each items is a profession of his presence elsewhere and joy going and seeing. I was happy for him and when I shared my vantage with my family we all were grateful for being allowed into a space that displays living. It was a warm place filled with life set aside and shared with others wanting to live life away from home but surrounded by comfort and welcome.
Thank you for renting to us and for the experience of borrowed experiences and for the welcome the spot has to nature and being in nature unobtrusively.
Kindly,
Jean
