This cozy house on the lake was perfect for our weekend getaway. Love the hot tub on the deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Thanks for stocking the coffee!
Where do I even start? This was the perfect place for my family to stay while we were visiting extended family in Sammamish. We even had some beautiful days to sit on the floating dock and enjoy the lake view. We look forward to staying here in the future when the weather is warm enough to paddleboard or swim!
Host, Home & Amenities were all 5 Star!!! The lakefront setting surrounded by pine forest hiking trails was incredible! Sammamish is such a nice community as well! Would highly recommend for a peaceful retreat!
House was on a great part of the lake next door to a nice park where you could go for morning walks or evening strolls. Would certainly stay here again.
We had the most amazing month enjoying this charming lakefront property. So many water activities as well as hiking close by. The home was darling, perfectly furnished and pristine! Can’t recommend this relaxing getaway enough!
Such a great time! The house was cozy, kitchen well stocked and the yard/lake exactly as pictured. Also right next to a lovely park with wooded trail and fenced in dog park. Host was readily available and helpful with communication. Highly recommend.
Cozy cabin with nice views of Beaver Lake during the day and dazzling stars at night. The hot tub, which was extra clean, was a huge bonus! Loved the interior decor and extras provided. Lots of deer, ducks and birds. We also enjoyed watching all the lap swimmers in the lake. Walked next door to Beaver Lake State Park and saw a beautiful wedding reception taking place. Very scenic and peaceful!
Couldn’t ask for anything more….well maybe a bit more comfortable patio seating! Amenities weee all fabulous! Appreciated the water toys!!!!

A sweet little cabin on the lake
The cabin was everything we needed. We were back in Washington visiting family. We did not spend much time there, unfortunately, but we would definitely love to come back in the summer months and enjoy everything it had to offer. The house was nicely stocked and very comfortable for the four of us. Such a beautiful view in a nice quiet part of town.
We came up from So. Cal to visit our son at school and this home was perfect. It had all we needed plus some. Beds were super comfy, house was very clean and enjoying coffee on the dock was the icing on the weekend. The location was ideal and we are looking forward to staying there again.
Such a perfectly thoughtful space. Everything you need and it looks flawless, from soft blankets to paddle boards, board games and a lakeside fire with cutting boards for charcuterie ♡
Couldn't imagine a better birthday trip! Away from it all but still adventurous ~ thank you!
Book your stay for twice as long as you were planning because you are not going to want to leave. This is such a comfortable home in a picturesque setting. The cabin is well stocked (kitchen and baths have everything you need), beds & linens are excellent, and the view it’s gorgeous. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, sitting on the dock alongside Great Blue Herons, and relaxing in the hot tub after spectacular local hikes. It was also a pleasure to meet the owner, an engaging and resourceful man who clearly loves this house and credits his wife for making it such a precious home.
The first night, after an alarm went off, I messaged the host who said if it is either the smoke alarm or the carbon monoxide detector I should remove the batteries. I was surprised because the detector wasn’t chirping, indicating the battery needed to be replaced, the alarm was full on alarming. I asked the host, Collin, to call, which he did. He told me the owners were aware that the monitors needed batteries replaced and that they were scheduled to come the next morning. I asked Collin why he hadn’t notified me of this and he said “I’m telling you now “We were disconnected and Collin called back telling me I had rudely hung up on him. He said that if we felt the need to call 911 we should do so, So we did. I’m going to push send but would like to report what happened next.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’d like to clarify the events described to ensure an accurate record for future guests.
When you reached out about an alarm sounding, I immediately called to assist in identifying whether it was a smoke or carbon monoxide detector. The property is equipped with multiple detectors; at no point were guests knowingly left without functioning safety equipment.
The alarm in question was not caused by an active safety concern, and I encouraged you to call 911 only as a precautionary measure if you felt unsafe, which is standard guidance. Our call was unfortunately disconnected, and I promptly called back to continue assisting.
Guest safety and communication are always top priorities. I take these matters seriously and responded as quickly and responsibly as possible given the information at hand.
