Tolle Ferienwohnung

Grosszügige und helle Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht in die Berge und auf die Höhematte. Zentral gelegen für Unternehmungen zu Fuss. Die Parkgarage so nah und praktisch mit der Parkkarte während des Aufenthaltes. Thuner- und Brienzersee zu Fuss erreichbar. Erholsame Spazierwege der Aare entlang.

Ideale Lage beim Park. Schöne Aussicht. Madratzen sind zu weich und Alt. Bei den Balkonen hat es Wasserschäden am Parkett weil die Fenster offen wahren. Sonst ist alles zweckmässig und Gut eingerichtet. Sehr viel Geschirr und Küchenmaschinen vorhanden.

Grosse Wohnung an top Lage

Die Wohnung ist gross und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und es gibt zwei herzige Balkone, ideal um die Paraglider zu beobachten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Waschmaschine sowie Tumbler sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Schön, ruhig und zentral

Diese Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich geräumig und sauber. Die Einrichtung stimmt von A-Z. Einen Wermutstropfen gibt es: Die Duschbrause im Bad-Dusche müsste unbedingt repariert werden. Ein Künstler, wer sie benützen kann. Und die warm-kalt Mischung ist eine Herausforderung.

Goed verzorgd appartement op prima locatie. Badkamers zien er op het eerste oog goed uit douche als bad kennen zo hun beperkingen .Voor de prijs als uitstraling mag de ... hier echt iets aan doen, is niet helemaal okay. Matrassen van de verder prima bedden zijn erg zacht. Voor de een prima voor de ander iets om rekening mee te houden.

The apartment was in such a great location to walk everywhere, close to the train station and shops. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, and with such a great view we sat and ate each night there. Only thing we would say is the beds are low so if you have any problems with knees like one of us did it is not so great.

Great location and space, but be informed...

This apartment is quite nice and spacious and there is an elevator which is wonderful after a long day. It is in an excellent location in town, about a 15/20 minute walk from the train station (if hauling large suitcases) and has absolutely amazing views of the center park square with dozens of paragliders landing all day! The wifi worked great the entire time and we didn’t have any issues with the apartment itself. We didn’t know about the additional $500 ‘cash deposit’ for damages required before being given the key, until we emailed we were on our way and they informed us we needed it. It is listed no where in the online profile and we felt it was quite shady. Also there is a $3.50 tax per person per night which must be paid in cash upon leaving. We knew nothing of this either. We didn’t bring that many francs with us and since a good amount of places around town didn’t take credit cards it left us in a bit of a bind. The Gentlemen helping us was very courteous and nice. He showed us around the apartment and how to use the different appliances we might need. There is a washer and dryer unit, iron and board, drying rack, full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. There are some rules, in the form of a pamphlet on the kitchen table when you arrive. We were responsible to wash all the dishes and put them away, as well as pull all the linens and put them in a pile upon check out. We had to spend additional money on toilet paper because 2 rolls were not enough for 4 people and also buy laundry detergent. Extra info: most places charge 3/5 francs for tap water so be careful and bring your own bottles. Also a lot of places dont take credit card and only want francs, or they say they dont take card even though there is a visa sign on the door. So ask before you even order. All in all a wonderful time was had.

Bad experience with caregiver of apartment

We stayed at the Apartment Elegance in Interlaken recently . It is indeed an elegant place, nicely appointed with very nice views . However, we had a very bad experience with the caretaker of the place. She was very overbearing ( to say the least) and stingy e.g. do not expect a single piece of soap even to wash hands. We were provided with only one trash bag (for a five night stay) and was told that if we need more ( it has to be a very specific kind of bag )we have to buy it at the grocery store on our own; in addition, we had to discard glasses on one corner of the block and plastics to another place . Worst of all, we were not provided with enough water for hot showers for 4 persons in a 2 bedroom place, ( it was on a timer , we were never told that in the first place) ; and when we called her about it, she accused us of using too much water . I had travelled extensively to more than 40 countries and never had that happened to me before. We had strict instructions about not just doing the dishes on the last day but that all dishes had to be put back in their own places before we leave ( leaving them washed in dishwasher was not enough ). We felt like we were treated worse than kids in a boarding school , rather than being on a relaxing vacation . It had a very negative effect on our stay indeed.

A Week in Interlaken

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in the Elegance apartment. We found it to be clean, comfortable and well equipped. Mr. XXX was very helpful with our check-in and check-out. The only issues we had were trying to understand the instructions for appliances and the coffee maker didn't want to co- operative with us.

Wonderful Apartment with excellent view

lovely apartment, well located - close to town centre yet in a quite location. Jungfrau cannot be seen from the apartment but can be viewed from the adjacent park. Apartment is beautifully maintained and the Managers are particular about it. An old couple manage the apartment and they are very clear about the cleanliness while you hand the apartment back to them. It was a wonderful experience.
