Harbour Town Villa- Immaculate and Spacious

Conveniently located in Harbour Town within the gated Sea Pines Resort. It's a short minute walk to the yacht basin where there is shopping, dining, water sports, live entertainment, and the iconic red and white striped lighthouse! There is a FREE seasonal trolley that picks up outside the villa, which will bring you to the beach and other points of interest in Sea Pines. The villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. There is a swimming pool with bathrooms and clay tennis courts on the property.

This Racquet Club Villa is sparkling clean with 20 foot vaulted ceilings and skylights that allow you to feel one with nature. It's 3rd floor location allows you to be perched in the live oaks overlooking a lagoon with peaceful fountains. This 1 bedroom villa has everything you may need to make your vacation nothing short of excellent. The villa is an end unit and there are no other villas on the same floor, making it quiet and ultra private. Note that the property is not handicapped accessible as there is no elevator.

The condo is situated to view the most spectacular sunrise. Our guests love to relax on the balcony while sipping their morning coffee or unwind after their day at the beach or golf course with their favorite cocktail. There is an outdoor dining table on the balcony to enjoy a lovely dinner under the stars.

Harbour Town is the most exclusive and coveted location on the island to spend the day shopping, dining, and listening to live music. You will marvel at the magnificent yachts in the marina. No trip to Hilton Head is complete without rocking in the famous Harbour Town rocking chairs after walking to the top of the red and white striped lighthouse!

While many vacation rentals provide the bare minimum, we pride ourselves in supplying amenities that will last throughout your stay such as trash bags, laundry/dish/dishwasher detergent, hand soap and coffee filters. We supply linens as well as fluffy and luxurious towels. We also have some beach chairs and beach toys available for your use.

We had a lovely time at the Sunrise Sanctuary Villa. Everything was clean and the color scheme was pleasant. Furnishings were comfortable and user friendly. Check in process went well as did communication with owner regarding surrounding amenities. Would stay here again.

The perfect villa. Great view, well updated throughout, very very comfortable bed and a wonderful host. We will be back for sure. Loved sitting on the deck watching the alligators in the pond. Location can’t be beat.

Great location, close to all amenities in sea pines. The villa was clean and spacious, i traveled with my 18 month old and it had all the amenities including travel cot which made it so easy for us. Pool is lovely! We will return next year for sure

Location is nice but it is on the third floor. Very close to Harbour Town. Pool area is great. Kitchen needs updating and it is very limited on cookware.

Wonderful Condo & Perfect Location!

Condo was updated, stocked with everything you need and absolutely perfect location! Right next to Harbour Town, which we biked to every day. The kids enjoyed the pool. Condo is on the trolley stop! That is so convenient, especially with children. Owner was available at all times and super responsive. Will definitely be back!!!

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised - immaculately clean when we walked in. The villa is modern and updated, and nicely decorated. We loved the balcony to have a morning cup of coffee, which was just as clean as the inside of the villa! Christina was super helpful with check-in information and answered any questions we had right away. We took advantage of her bike rental recommendation which was awesome as the bikes were delivered and picked up right outside of the villa! Would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again- perfect spot!

Quiet getaway!

Christina was great! She was quick to respond to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday during our vacation and we were welcomed with gifts and a happy birthday banner! The villa was spacious, clean and quiet. Great location in Sea Pines. Even located on the trolley route! Parking right outside the villa for car and bikes. Great pool too!

Fabulous Villa!

Enjoyed a little retreat in this lovely condo located in the Racquet Club Villas. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful, with every possible detail included to make my stay cozy and comfortable! Located extremely close to all that is great in Sea Pines, and is also close enough to ride a bike to the beach. Most importantly, the owner was extremely gracious during every step of the reservation, check in, and check out process! I am already planning my next visit to her fabulous condo, and look very forward to it. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect Getaway

This is the perfect getaway in Sea Pines. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. We were able to just park our car at the condo and rode bikes everywhere for the entire week. Christine has done an absolutely perfect job with the finishes. The condo is lovely and she was super helpful throughout our entire stay, reaching out to help with check in, restaurant recommendations and communication. We will definitely be back!

Great location for RBC Heritage and great villa!

Highly recommend this beautiful villa. It was a great location to stay to walk to the RBC Heritage PGA event without worrying about parking or traffic. The villa is very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The deck overlooks a small pond with a fountain and was very relaxing. The hospitality of the owner was awesome too with some very thoughtful gifts upon arrival.

We currently reside in Greenville, SC. We have a local property manager who lives nearby. We are both graduates of the University of South Carolina and are natives of Boston, MA and Pittsburgh, PA. While on Hilton Head we enjoy going to the beach, dining out, listening to live music, shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

We lived on Hilton Head for almost 20 years and moved out of the area about 12 years ago. We longed for the island lifestyle again and decided to buy this condo to have a getaway from the 'real world'. It gives us great joy to host travelers from around the world! We love sharing our little piece of paradise with guests, friends, and family alike.
