The elevator did not work and we were placed on the fourth floor. The room structurally unsound room with a full transverse concrete crack in the ceiling from one end of the room to another. The concrete crack monitors placed on the ceiling were indicative that the crack was widening. We could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk or the "on call engineering" service. The sister property who answered the phones was unable to assist and did not have a room where we could be transferred to. I notified the host of this with photos and received no solution and no response. Stay elsewhere.
