Enjoy living like the locals do in this beautiful Windansea neighborhood. One of the best values in La Jolla. This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a quiet Avenue within walking distance to the beach, gorgeous sunsets, white sands, surfing, shopping, restaurants, bars and more!

Things to Know:
• Quiet hours after 10PM, no Parties or loud noise.
• No smoking is allowed on the premises. This includes all outdoor areas.
• No pets
• No checking in or out on major Holidays
• For stay 30 days or more, the cleaning fee is $275
• No dishwasher in kitchen

Neighborhood Notes:
Electric Ave is within a short walk to the world famous Windansea Beach. It`s also easily accessible to Bird Rock and La Jolla Village with coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, as well as a few recreational parks. Sea World is about 15 minutes by car, whereas the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are all about 25 minutes away.

Attention:
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

It is the small but important things that mattered to earn 5 stars. Wooden hangers, tons of towels, well equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board. Plus it was clean. A very quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the ocean.

Great house close to the beach

Our group of 3 loved our 2 week stay here! The house was cozy and clean, and the grill/patio area was perfect for evening hangouts. The house was also just a 5 minute walk to the beach, so it was easy to go for sunset after work. The surrounding area is nice and quiet too. I highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a relaxing San Diego getaway. Check in/out was simple and Laura was immediately responsive to any questions/concerns I had.

Great outdoor space

Stayed here with our adult son. It was very comfortable. They are very open that it does not have a dishwasher, not a problem. Be aware it doesn’t have ac, this was not an issue in September since the weather was nice and cool. The outdoor patio gave us a great space to hang out.

Great location and property

Great house and perfect location! Very quite neighborhood and the location is perfect for access to the beach, Bird Rock, La Jolla and Pacific Beach. We spent so much time in back yard - day and night... great setup. The small detached 'guest house' is perfect for a home office. Only one bathroom and no dishwasher but otherwise, the house was well perfect for our needs. Easy parking and the garage was great for storage (no room for garage parking but space in front). The manager, Laura was very helpful and responsive!
