Neighborhood Notes:
Electric Ave is within a short walk to the world famous Windansea Beach. It's also easily accessible to Bird Rock and La Jolla Village with coffee shops, local restaurants and shops, as well as a few recreational parks. Sea World is about 15 minutes by car, whereas the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are all about 25 minutes away.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.
