Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious chalet "Rütschi", 5 storeys, built in 2008. 7 apartments in the property. In the district of Steinmatte, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position, south facing position. In the house: WiFi, sauna, steam room, spa area, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Kirchbrücke" 100 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railway 700 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school, children's ski school 500 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Additional accommodations can be booked.
1-room apartment 35 m2, on the ground floor. Very luxurious and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, TV, CD-player, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Hat bis auf die Sauna im Haus alles gepasst, diese war leider nur an 3 Tagen nutzbar, ansonsten gerne wieder, Danke!

Refresh der Einrichtung nötig

Wohnung hat einen Refresh nötig. Mobiliar ist nicht zweckmässig. Sofa zu gross und zu sperrig. Stühle zu schwer und Teppiche unzweckmässig; können auch weggelassen werden.. Kücheneinrichtung OK, es fehlen aber ein paar praktische Dinge für den Abwasch der Töpfe.

Aus meiner Sicht finde ich die Ferienunterkunft sehr schön und gut. Was mich am meisten getört hat, dass der Kühlschrank beim kühlen ein lautes brummen von sich gibt. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer zum lesen von Bücher oder Zeitungen ist zu schwach. Sehr schöne Möbel , Top Sauna , aber sehr heiss

Skiferien in Zermatt

Sehr schöne, moderne sowie praktisch eingerichtete (es hat wirklich alles was es braucht) und sehr komfortable Wohnung im EG (leider ohne Aussicht) eines modernen Grosschalet im Zentrum von Zermatt. Weiter stehen ein zweckdienlicher Ski- u. Skischuhraum zur Verfügung und im UG noch ein schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Türkischbad, welcher nach einem langen Ski- oder Wandertag zur Erholung einlädt.

Qualitativ sehr hochwertige Unterkunft

Top modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche und Bad sind mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Betten schön groß und bequem. Ein Highlight nach dem Wandern ist natürlich die Sauna im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Der Fahrstuhl ist freistehend mittig im Haus angeordnet, so dass es keine Lärmbelästigung gibt. Zur Matterhorn Seilbahn und zum Zentrum jeweils 10 Minuten Fußweg oder halt 5 Minuten bis zum Ortsbus. Gerne wieder.

Location de très bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la literie. Dommage que la location soit au rez-de-chaussée : sans vue et vis-à-vis avec voisins et passants

Great property! Great location

We really enjoyed the studio well located nearby the center of town. Short walk to everything with a plus with a bakery at the corner and a little super market which allowed us to do most of our shopping without having to walk around with our groceries. The apartment is perfectly maintained and you find everything and more of what you need to cook and be comfortable. The terrasse has sun around noon for a couple of hours. The renting company was very helpful.
