Gasenried: 2-family house "LĂ€rchenheim", built in 1969. Outside the resort, in a sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area, on a main road. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 20 m public parking 400 m. Shop 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift 4 km, chair lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski school 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room apartment 47 m2 on 2nd floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 20 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Bath tub without shower curtain.

Super Aussicht vom Balkon, Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Badewanne dĂŒrfte etwas breiter sein.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtete Wohnung, Beschreibung im Netz entspricht genau der Situation. Erwarten sie nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Geputzt war es eher schlecht, in der KĂŒche hatte es viele seit langem ungeputzte Stellen. Als ich nach 3 Tagen eine dritte WC Papier Rolle verlangte, musste ich mir von der Besitzerin einiges anhören. Habe sie dann vom Mann erhalten. Ebenso der fehlende Topflappen, den wir dann in Form eines siffigen roten etwas dennoch erhalten haben. Wieso kein Duschvorhang??

Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr diverse AusflĂŒge innerhalb unseres 10-tĂ€gigen Urlaubes genutzt. Das Haus ist wunderbar gemĂŒtlich und urig, knarrt bei jedem Schritt und jeder stĂŒrmischen Böe, mag lĂ€stig klingen, wir mochten das sehr gerne, man hört irgendein WasserplĂ€tschern direkt vor dem Haus, ebenso wie einige Kuh- und /oder Schafglocken. Wir haben das sehr genossen. (+) Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, da oberhalb der Wohnung nicht mehr allzu viel ist (+) reservierter Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (+) WLan in der Wohnung (allerdings nicht besonders stabil, bricht immer mal wieder ab) (+) Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind jederzeit ansprechbar fĂŒr Probleme/Fragen/WĂŒnsche (+) der Balkon ist schön groß und mit StĂŒhlen sowie einem Klapptisch ausgestattet (0) Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr steil, fĂŒr uns war das kein Problem, sollte bei der Planung aber beachtet werden, das neutrale Wertung (0) es gibt nur normale HandtĂŒcher, keine DuschtĂŒcher, war fĂŒr uns kein Problem, da wir sowieso eigene TĂŒcher mit hatten (-) einziger MinusPunkt: wir hatten zwar Wischmop und PutztĂŒcher, aber keine Reinigungsmittel, Auch KehrichtsĂ€cke mussten wir uns einzeln holen, schön wĂ€re es eine abgezĂ€hlte Menge bereit liegen zu haben und wenigstens einen "Allesreiniger" bereit stehen zu haben.

kleine, herzige Wohnung. Sehr einfach hat jedoch alles was man braucht. Schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr liebes und hilfsbereites Besitzerehepaar. Parkplatz vorhanden. Wunderschöner Wanderweg nach GrĂ€chen und mit dem Auto ca. 10 min. zum Skifahren. Wir verbrachten einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub hier. Es war "hĂŒerĂ€ gĂŒet"

Deze authentieke vakantiewoning is compleet ingericht echter keuken en badkamer voldoen eigenlijk niet meer aan de eisen van deze tijd. De planken van de keukenkastjes plakten. De eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk.... vonden het wel vervelend dat Interhome door gegeven had dat er twee mensen zouden komen ipv 4.

Z fotek na webu jsem mela obavy do ceho prijedeme, ale bylo tam cisto, starsi kuchyn a koupelna. Meli paradni balkon a v loznici se nam strasne dobre spalo. Nad domem vede pekna stezka do Grachen.

Kleines Heim mit toller Aussicht...

Das Haus ist leicht zu finden. Zwei Treppen in die Wohnung unterm Dach. Gute Matratzen und die KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr gut, nur Stuhlauflagen sind mitzubringen. Die Straße ist wenig befahren, nur die Anwohner und der Bus. Die fenster können Nachts offen bleiben, der Bach plĂ€tschert und Vögel singen am Morgen. Wenn es Fragen gibt, die Vermietrin ist immer im Haus.
