Holiday chalet on a sunny plateau, Grächen, about 1 550m above sea level. M. Location between Saas Fee u. Zermatt, near the Rhone valley, surrounded by 3- and 4-peaks.
In winter: skiing directly in the family-friendly ski area Grächen, or one of the many ski resorts in the area, such as Zermatt, Saas Fee, Crans Montana, Leukerbad, Arosa, bettmeralp and and and ....
Unobstructed view of the mountains with all day sun, large sun terrace, small garden, Chalet freestanding / unobstructed location, parking space / garage. Suitable for up 4-5 adults. O. 2 adults. + 2-3 children. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker., Raclette, fondue, kettle, egg cooker, hob, oven, dishwasher ....). Laminate floors. Possibly. Questions are always happy beantw. Price varies between summer and winter, including final cleaning and additional guest card, this will be charged separately after the booking according to people, age and length of stay. Location: in Grächen (suburb) chalet directly woods and fields, surrounded by 3- and 4-thousands, on plateau in the Matter.
Summer: generous and very extensive hiking area, possible as an ideal starting point for numerous activities, with or without a car.
In Grächen there are numerous shops, can be reached quickly by car or on foot.
Ideal starting point for many excursions, hiking, alpine full speed .......... or simply "do nothing"!
Winter: ski area with 45 km of ski runs, snowshoe trails, toboggan run, natural ice rink (in suitable weather conditions).
Ideal for families with children as nursery, children Opara This, children's entertainment, ......
Ski pass can also be combined with resort Zermatt.
Location: 25 km to Visp, about 45 minutes to Zermatt (change in train), about 65 km to Sion, Chamonix / Mont Blanc about 135 km, Italy via Simplon Pass about 70 km.

Très belle vue sur le Cervin depuis la terrasse. Remise des clés à l'arrivée et au départ super simple ! Cuisine bien équipée. Chalet très propre. La petite route qui passe à côté du chalet est malheureusement assez fréquentée, et 4 des 6 couchages sont des lits superposés prévus pour des enfants.... de sorte qu'un adulte n'a pas suffisamment de place pour être à l'aise.

Fijn appartement

Schoon, alles aanwezig. Communicatie verliep goed. Heerlijk bed.Mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras. Prima plek om wandeltochten te maken maar wel met de auto heenrijden. Alleen bagage in en uit appartement laden was een beetje bewerkelijk net de trap omhoog naar de vooreur.

Jederzeit zu empfehlen

Das Anwesen ist leicht zu finden und kann mit dem Auto direkt angefahren werden, was in Grächen nicht immer üblich ist. Die Garage und der Stellplatz sind dann etwa 80 m entfernt. Der Zugang erfolgt über einige Stufen, was gehbehinderte Menschen bedenken sollten. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. An kühlen Tagen läuft eine leichte Heizung, die nicht extra bezahlt werden muss. (sehr freundlich) Deutsches Fernsehen über Satellit vorhanden. Die ganze Umgebung ist immer eine Reise wert, die wir auch wiederholen werden. Der Vermieter wurde telefonisch kontaktiert und alles ist zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit abgelaufen.

Ferien im Chalet Paulin Niedergrächen

Uns hat es im Wallis sehr gut gefallen. Das Chalet Paulin in Niedergrächen ist sehr schön. Für uns an einer guten Lage und es bietet alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und heimelig. Wir würden das Chalet jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Chalet Paulin. Es ist toll gelegen, mit Blick auf die Berge. Kommunkation mit dem Vermieter, Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, Lage, Garage für Auto - alles Bestens! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Viel Licht, ein klein wenig Schatten

Wir haben uns im Chalet Paulin sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber, sauberes Haus, sehr gut sortierte Küche, schöner Blick, prima Abstellmöglichkeit in der Garage ... für große Teenager sind die Betten etwas knapp, leider ist auch das warme Wasser durch den Boiler begrenzt ... Preis/Leistung ist absolut fair!

Mein Partner und ich haben wundervolle Tage im Chalet Paulin verbracht. Bei Fragen stand uns der Vermieter über WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Chalets ist optimal für Ausflüge in der Region und Wanderungen in Grächen.

Schone ruhige saubere Fewo

Toller Urlaub in der Schweiz Fewo mit Blick von der tollen Sonnenterasse auf den Weiskopf,Ausstattung top,Spätzlesreibe,Kartoffelpresse….echt alles,super viele Wanderempfehlungen und Broschüren im Schrank,viele Spiele vorhanden,genug Platz für uns 5 ,super Urlaub!

Top Ausstattung in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man lange die Sonne genießen und gemütlich essen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Alltag so braucht. Vom Dosenöffner bis zum Haarfön. Sogar Nähzeug für einen abgefallen Knopf war zu finden. Die Betten waren top, das Bettzeug war sehr sauber. Einziges was etwas nervig war, waren die "Riesenameisen" rund ums Haus, die teilweise auch im Haus waren. Aber man ist eben in der Natur - da ist mit so etwas fast zu rechnen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen, uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

SONNENTERRASSE GRÄCHEN

Familie Oettinger pflegt ihr Chalet gut. Es lässt sich prächtig Ferien machen hier. Was nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Von der Haustüre weg, empfehlen sich diverse Wanderrouten. Ob entlang der romantischen Suonen oder hoch zum Wannihorn, hier findet jeder etwas. Die schöne Aussicht auf der Terrasse lädt zudem zum Verweilen ein.

Erholsame Zeit im Haus Paulin

Wir haben zu Zweit einen angenehmen Aufenthalt genossen. Alles sehr zwechmäsig eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Der Rundumblick in die Bergwelt von der Trrasse ist eindrücklich. Ruhige Wohnlage mit gutem Anschluss an den ÖV nach Grächen. Für das Wetter ist der zuvorkommende Vermieter nicht verantwortlich. Das Haus können wir für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie wärmstens empfehlen.
