Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning:
- or the Tenant takes care of it in its entirety: this includes: removing the sheets from the bed and sofa if necessary, cleaning and disinfecting the sanitary facilities, the bathroom, the kitchen (washed dishes put away, bins emptied, coffee filter removed, fridge clean, etc.), vacuuming and then mopping. All equipment and cleaning products are located in the studio. A deposit of 45 euros will be required when signing the contract. It will be returned within 10 days of the end date of the stay if the cleaning conditions are respected.
- or the Tenant uses our cleaning service for a fixed amount of 45 euros in order to carry out the end-of-stay cleaning in its entirety. It should be noted that this never includes the kitchen part: dishes washed put away, bins emptied, coffee filter removed, fridge clean, etc. Do not hesitate to contact us.

For household linen, the tenant has the choice between:
- Bring your own linen: sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels.
- Or take the linen rental option from our linen rental service: 20 euros for the bed linen, 13 euros for the bath kit. Do not hesitate to contact us.
