About this property

Aspen - queen bedroom w/deck at The Inn At Mazama

Summary:

This is a compact bedroom with queen bed, and deck at The Inn At Mazama. Located on the ground floor of the main lodge this bright room features a plush queen bed, WiFi, ensuite bathroom with shower, and is equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room has a small deck looking out into the woods. The Inn is located right on the trails in Mazama allowing cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking from the door.

The Space:

This is one of three identical Aspen queen rooms in the main lodge at The Inn At Mazama, perfect for solo guests or couples. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, these ground-floor rooms have their own deck and garden access.

Situated right on the trails in Mazama, enjoy easy access to cross-country skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. Return to the inn to take advantage of amenities like WiFi, a pool, hot tub, and a clubhouse with a kitchen for guest use and a BBQ on the deck. Relax in the lodge's great room by the open fireplace or unwind on the lawn in the summer months.

Conveniently located a short walk from the Mazama Store, explore its bakery, grocery, and eclectic offerings. The new Mazama Pub is steps away, serving lunch and dinner daily with fresh locally brewed beer.

Let us be your base camp to explore the Methow Valley and North Cascades year-round. Experience vibrant spring wildflowers, sun-drenched summer trails, and the breathtaking fall colors. In winter, access the Nordic ski trails right from our door. Whatever the season, The Inn at Mazama offers a cozy retreat for exploring the beauty of the Methow Valley.

The Neighborhood:

MAZAMA

We are located right in the heart of Mazama very close to the Mazama Store and the Methow Trails trailhead (for great hiking, mountain biking and cross-country ski trails). In addition to the store with its great bakery and grocery, Mazama is home to the Goat’s Beard outdoor store (with mountain bike and fat bike rentals) and the Mazama Ski School for cross country ski hire and lessons. The new Mazama Public House is now open seven days a week and is just a short walk. Please see our website for our seasonal activity guides with trail suggestions and more visitor info.

NORTH CASCADES NATIONAL PARK

We are conveniently situated for easy access to the North Cascades and the trailheads to many of the Park's world-class hiking trails. It’s a 20 minute drive to the Cutthroat Lake trailhead, 25 minutes to Washington Pass and 30 minutes to Maple Pass trailhead. Great for beating the crowds and snagging a trailhead parking spot at peak seasons.

Getting Around:

Getting here: May to November, from Seattle and the westside, you can drive over State Route 20 and Washington Pass (check WSDOT for closures). Alternate, and winter routes from Seattle are via I90, Snoqualmie Pass and Bluett Pass, or via highway 2 over Stevens Pass (check WSDOT for driving conditions). Combine these routes and you have the scenic Cascade Loop. The nearest major airports are Spokane International Airport at 180 miles (year round) and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (190 miles in summer / 260 miles in winter). Regional flights are also available at Pangborn Memorial Airport in Wenatchee located 102 miles away.

Getting Around: The location is walking distance from the Mazama Store and Trailhead. Winthrop is under 20 minutes drive / 14 miles south on 20. Methow Motion provides a private car service throughout the Methow valley.

Ski in/out location

Great spot! Rooms are a bit small given adjusting our stay for the pandemic but, they/we made the best we could and better to spend the time outdoors anyways. Thanks for the great stay!

Stay in Mazama

We had short one night stay in Mazama. It was a super smooth check in process and we had no issues. We chose Mazama because of the close proximity to North Cascades. Would stay here again!

Inn in the Woods

The room was really clean and neat. Unfortunately, we choose a room on the ground floor and people upstairs could be easily heard. I'd recommend a cabin or an upstairs room in the inn.
