Kitchen-/living room in the entrance (3 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining table, satellite TV. Shower/WC. Large terrace 20 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Standard der 70er

Unterkunft war in guter Lage: geräumiges Haus, großer Garten, Spielplatz nebenan, zum schön eingerichteten Strand ca 15 Min zu Fuß. Leider die Einrichtung war eine Sammlung aus der 70er Jahren, vor allem die Bette riechten nach Schimmel, Stühle, Tische, Couch... alles alt und am besten nicht anzufassen. Keine Wasserkochkanne, Gasherde nur bedingt anwendbar. Mit Shopping anpassen - kleines Geschäft in Balatonszemes aber besser sich in Spar in Balatonlelle zu versorgen.

House needs some adjusmens..

Balaton is great, nice place. The House and garden have a lot of space. But i dont like how it's setup inside... This would be a 6 persons place it needs a indoor living room!! It makes no sense te have only sleeping rooms. as it is right now. Als skip the kitchen upstairs. no sense at all.....

There is no living space inside. Only bedrooms. this makes no sense.. Kitchen upstairs is compleet waiste op space...To bee a good house make some adjustemenst/ renovations.

Objekt splňuje slíbenou nabídku.

Dům potřebuje trochu údržbu v elektroinstalaci. Chybějí žárovky, jsou poškozené zásuvky. Zásuvky bych preferoval vzhledem k možným návštěvám dětí. Jinak výbava dobrá, poloha objektu skutečně v klidném místě.
