Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 56 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 13 sqm terrace. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging an electric car is not allowed in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Küchenmöbel sehr runtergewirtschaftet u. unsauber. Couch, Teppich befanden sich Flöhe u. Milben. Steckdose in Küche defekt. Staubsauger voller Dreck, Dreckrückstände Fliesen in Küche /Bad. kein passender Sonnenschirm für Terrasse, Liegen keine Auflagen. Betten durchgelegen unzumutbar, Spülbecken Küche undicht, Besteck oxidiert Fliegengitter unten verdreckt. Keine Jalousien, Ventilator vorhanden.

Nettes kleines Ferienhäuschen mit schönem Garten, aber leider ohne Ventilatoren oder Klimaanlage, Da sich aber die Schlafzimmer unterm Dach befinden wird es dort unertäglich warm. Außerdem ist das Bad sehr klein und es ist nur eine Badewanne vorhanden. Es sind ca. 15-20 min Spaziergang zum Strand wo sich eine schöne Bar und ein Restaurant befindet.

Wir waren im Juli 2013, 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Es ist sauber und hat ein schönes Grundstück. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Nur noch ein kleiner Tipp: Fliegengitter an die Fenster, gegen die Mücken und vielleicht ein/zwei Ventilatoren gegen/bei Hitze. MfG Dietrich

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber, es hatte die ganze Ausrüstung, die Sie für die Menschen in den Urlaub. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber, hatte angeordnet, wie in den Garten und Innenhof.

Das Haus war sehr schön, wir schätzen insbesondere die Geräumigkeit, eine schöne Terrasse und Garten. Ausstattung war ausreichend, verpassten wir Wasserkocher und wir begrüßen Qualität Bett. Bei der Ankunft war sauber, Bad und WC OK - dann härter arbeiten im Bad Abfall. Ruhige, angenehme Umgebung war ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern dovolednou.
