Didnt use the pool it was dirty but with the wind & rain understandable. Bathroom shower had a hair tie and hair inside . Other bathroom toilet didnt look clean had black water lines inside the toilet. Dirty silverware was in the draw. Living room floors didnt look to be cleaned or vacuumed. And sign said fireplaces were seasonal, although last 2 days we were there temps dropped and it got cold.Overall enjoyed our tine.
Beautiful property!! Huge home with excellent amenities. We had 8 people stay for a girls weekend, and there was plenty of room for everyone! The host was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and maintenance was there in less than an hour to help me with the outdoor fireplace!! So friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice addition, even though we did not use it for our stay. Would definitely come back in the summer for that!!
We had a great experience at this property. So much space and very hospitable managers.

⸻I was very excited before arriving, as the listing presents the property as very clean and well-maintained. While the beds were made and the dishes were washed, the overall cleanliness did not meet expectations. There were dead bugs and noticeable dust throughout the cabin. I understand that this is a cabin setting, but I do believe the cleaning standards could be improved.Additionally, it would be helpful if the listing or a follow-up email more clearly emphasized the need to pre-book the heated pool at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this requirement, and as a result, our children were unable to use the pool during our stay, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons we chose this property.Another important note for future guests: there is little to no cell service in the area. If you arrive at night without having your access code заранее, it may be difficult to get in, so be sure to have all necessary information before arrival.Lastly, the outdoor TV was not functioning during our stay.Overall, while the property has potential, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
The cabin was amazing! The staff was very attentive when we had a issue and corrected the matter in a matter of minutes! The road to the cabin was the only complaint was rather rough getting to cabin from main road. Thank you for a wonderful stay from the 8th grade class of 2022!

Thank you! We look forward to hosting you again soon.
We spent the weekend with family and friends to celebrate 3 graduations in 2021! The home is beautifully decorated and met our needs perfectly. We did hit a few snags with the soaking tubs, showers and hot tub but the issues were addressed immediately. The owner was great to work with and we had a fabulous time enjoying the home and Broken Bow! We would book this home again.
My friends and I chose this property for a birthday weekend getaway. It was a nice, clean property that we really enjoyed. It is about 20 min from Hochatown. There is a long dirt road that takes a while to get to and from. However, the shuttle still came all the way out and picked us up! We would stay here again!
The description of this cabin is exactly correct. This cabin is beautiful inside and out. The directions to the cabin is spot on. We rented the cabin to celebrate a birthday and there was room for everyone to spread out or gather together for family fun. I would definitely rent again.
Prior to coming, I had many questions that were answered immediately Craig is an awesome host.
Thank you so much!
This home was breathtaking! It was exactly what we needed for our little get away. We are already talking about booking it for another family get together. It’s secluded, quiet and has lots of options to keep kids entertained. The only thing I would say is be prepared for a bit of a rough road. It obviously wouldn’t keep a from returning though! ❤️

We brought 8 tween girls and 7 moms for a nice mother/daughter getaway. This property was perfect. The girls LOVED the bunk room and the hot tub. Plenty of space to stretch out. The bathrooms are beautiful and huge, and it is decorated so cute. Everything was perfect. Only minor issue is the dirt road to get to the house - it’s about a 4 mile drive on a grated dirt road that is very bumpy and not for the faint of heart. Once at the house, it was fabulous - just getting there was quite rocky.
Our Church youth group traveled from Louisiana to stay, 18 of us, 4 adults, 3 young adults, 11 youth. We had a wonderful retreat the okky down fall would be the road traveling in, but once we got there it was well worth the trip. the home held us all comfortably. There was wifi which worked but we choose not to give to the youth and the limited cell service let them to be present. If you have a large group this home if very comfortable. Beavers Bend State park isn't that far and had a diverse amount of things for our whole group to enjoy. Cant wait to go back next summer!!!

It was our first experience! everything was ok, but not very clean! there were food crumbs in the couches in the living room area, and all in the beds in the bunk area. I wanted to do some grilling, but the propane tank was leaking propane! so I called to inform the manager, and she said that she was trying to get it taken care of, but no one showed up! We didn't get a new tank until about 1pm the next day, so we had to cook our stuff on the stove! I was very disappointed! Also there was to much of the chemical in the hot tub, so we really couldn't use it! For the most part we did the best we could to enjoy it, but we probably wouldn't do it again with Treeline Vacation!
