900 sq ft cottage with every amenity and top cleaning standards. Super host Airbnb for 2 yrs. Enjoy a quiet setting under the live oaks, with front porch overlooking 25 acre pasture. Private cottage with access to hot tub. Only 2 miles from Salado Tx so very convenient to town, though nestled in the back of 57 acres. Host provides coffe, tea, ice, snacks and bakery to start you stay off. All new furniture, fully appointed kitchen, and amenities for an at home feel.

The "Cozy Cottage on 57 acres" cancelled our reservation on the day that we were to arrive. We were left to find another location on our own. We did find a similar facility but only through alternate service. We did receive our prompt refund for the cancelled reservation, and are awaiting the reimbursement difference for the facility we found on our own. Vrbo is denying our reimbursement difference due to an ambigous policy letter. We'll see the outcome.
