Super maison, attention à votre caution !

Nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end. Super maison, de nombreuses activités et propriétaire flexible pour les horaires. Aucun vis à vis. La maison est vraiment top! Attention ramenez bien vos gels douche, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle etc En revanche je n’ai pas trouvé le propriétaire très honnête. On fait l’état des lieux je lui montre la casse d’une chaise extérieure (ce qui arrive). Il m’a dit ok tout est ok. Et le lendemain il m’a prélevé 156€ de caution pour la casse de 2 chaises d’extérieur. Évidemment il ne répond plus à mes messages. En conclusion, vous payez votre location et à tout moment votre caution de 1000€ peut sauter et il s’en privera pas. La maison 5/5 et l’honnêteté du propriétaire 2/5.

Une villa tout confort pour un week-end entre amis

Nous avons tous apprécié la villa. Pleinement équipée, spacieuse, lumineuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir quand ce sera la saison pour profiter également de la piscine. Merci à Gregory pour les facilités d'arrivee et de départ.

Très bon séjour chez gregory

Très bon séjour entre amis. Très bon accueil de Gregory, très sympathique, beau gîte rénové avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipé (piscine, pétanque, ping-pong, enceinte, WiFi, cuisine bien équipée, ...), des petites attentions à notre arrivée,... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great villa on top location

The place is absolutely fantastic, very spacious, a lovely garden with delicious tomatoes growing all over the fences, the house is not overlooked by anything, the kitchen is fully equipped, could use a French press coffee maker, but it had 2 coffee machines at our disposal, so it didn't bother us at all, it's in great location with a supermarket on a walking distance and another one not very far, strategic location if you want to go to Montpellier or Beziers by car, not very far, about 40 min drive, the villages surrounding Gignac is gorgeous, wineries absolutely everywhere, it was all great, Grégory was very prompt on helping on whatever we needed, an great host. It's a house I would recommend to anyone with the eyes closed, we went in 3 families and everyone had a great time. There is to say the dogs had a fantastic time too, was definitely a + for letting us having them over. Thanks from all of us for letting us having this place for our holiday.
