Tiki lodge

Lovely lodge with views of vineyards and indoor pool and countless places to visit within distance lovely little village with a few amenities.Brilliant communication with owners Piere and Melanie nothing to much trouble. Well aquipted lodge large porch for dining and views to die for air con was brilliant as when we stayed it was a heat wave in the 40s. We really enjoyed our holiday thereThanks Anjanette and family

The Villa was well appointed and views were wonderful. . It would have been useful if written instructions were available. We could not lock the front door, access the TV or barbecue. On day of arrival we were delayed and nothing was left as a welcome pack and we could not go out as we couldn't lock the front door. Very frustrating after a day of travelling. The hosts were quick to respond but if these things were initially addressed it would not have been necessary to contact them as much as we had to.

Idyllic stay

A beautiful area, quiet and tranquil. A home from home. Plenty of lovely towns and beaches to visit nearby by car. Our children found the local football and basketball pitches where they played with some of the local children. A great experience. The local pizza carry out was really tasty and handy. Maybe a bigger outdoor pool would have been nice but a drive to Cap de Agde and Sete where the beaches were glorious, soon sufficed. Pézenas was buzzing, with delicious restaurants, shops and bars. Pierre was a great help and was on hand to give us as little or as much guidance as we wanted. A little bit of information/comments book would be useful in the house. Overall we had an amazing time and made beautiful, lasting memories.

Beautiful property

Pierre & Melanie the property owners were fantastic and contactable throughout our stay. The bedrooms are large, the pool is fantastic and fitted with swimming jets, allowing you to swim at a decent speed without moving. The view is pretty awesome and walking to a local shop and bakery takes no time at all. The property is fitted out to a very high standard and is very secure. The hosts were very helpful in allowing me to change my electric car from one of the garages and went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The living area is huge, the covered veranda/balcony is also huge with a beautiful view, well light at night, a quiet peaceful place to eat with family and friends with a gas barbecue grill at one end and a large circular table to accommodate a large group comfortably. the kitchen is well designed and fitted with everything needed + a few coffee machines to meet anyone’s needs. We paid a little extra for bed linens and towels. They were all very good and in keeping with the high standard. TV, Audio and WiFi were all top notch. There was plenty of utensils, crockery and pots&pans, cutlery. But buy some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and stuff like that on the way if you can. If we enjoy cooking you might want to take some knives too as the kitchen would benefit from a knife block. We had a fantastic week and may well re visit next year. Thank you Pierre & Melanie for a fabulous holiday.

Une maison idéale pour accueillir une famille pour se réunir et se détendre , superbe terrasse et vue sur les vignes . Très bonne communication avec les hôtes . Petit bémol sur le stationnement seulement 2 autorisés m’obligeant à me garer loin et avec remontrance du voisinage

Maison superbe pour un week-end convivial

Nous sommes venus en famille et avons apprécié chaque instant dans cette belle maison, tres confortable et lumineuse. Tout le monde a pu profité de la piscine chauffée et du jardin ensoleillé. Les pieces sont grandes et chaleureuses. Nos hôtes ont été extrêmement gentils et serviables, et nous ont donné de bons conseils.Nous repartons enchantés de ce séjour dans cette superbe villa, entourée de vignes, au calme absolu.Nous reviendrons!!

Semaine de canicule, la villa est climatisée MAIS PAS dans les chambres et pas de ventilateur à disposition. Donc nous n'avons pas très bien dormi. Propreté perfectible (miettes dans les placards, poussière sur tables de chevet, toiles d'araignées). Equipements et mobiliers de la maison bas de gamme (salon d'extérieur peu confortable). Draps en option, dimensions des lits non transmises. Les photos sont avantageuses. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Vacances de Noël

Passer Noël en famille, tel était notre souhait. La maison correspondait en tout. Chaque couple ayant sa chambre et salle de bain; une belle pièce de vie très fonctionnelle ; une piscine intérieure chauffée ; coin salle de sport; une terrasse avec vue sur les vignes sans vis à vis où nous prenions le café même à Noël car le temps etait estival. Une semaine en famille qui nous a tous ressourcés.

Modernes Haus mit Indoorpool und schönem Blick über die Weinberge

Wir haben als Familie 2 erholsame Wochen im Oktober 2022 in dem großzügigen, lichtdurchfluteten Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat im EG drei Schlafräume - dort befindet sich auch der Indoorpool. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer grenzt nur durch ein Terrassenfenster getrennt direkt an den Indoorpool und man nimmt in diesem Schlafzimmer das dauerhafte, leichte Brummen von den Luftentfeuchtern sowie den Chlorgeruch war, was wir als nachteilig empfanden. Im OG befinden sich Wohnbereich, Küche und noch ein viertes Schlafzimmer sowie die großzügige Terrasse mit dem schönen Weitblick über die Weinberge. Das Inserat müsste genauer formuliert und die Details vor Ort verbessert werden: Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir über die Agentur per E-Mail im Nachgang dazubuchen müssen, was uns überrascht hatte, dass dies nicht im Mietpreis enthalten ist. Zusätzlich zum Wäscheservice haben wir auch die Endreinigung gebucht. Dafür erwarten wir, dass wir in ein voll ausgestattet Haus kommen und nicht noch Müllbeutel, Geschirrspülertabs und Geschirrspülmittel einkaufen müssen. Auch eine Handseife am Waschbecken wäre nett gewesen und gehört für uns zur Ausstattung eines Ferienhauses dazu. Das wäre so einfach und würde den Aufenthalt so viel netter machen!

Tranquil holiday location

Beautiful property, well equipped kitchen with the most amazing views this is a definitely a holiday location where you can relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the surroundings. It is perfectly situated to visit many places within an hours reach. The hosts welcome and tour of the property was much appreciated and gave a great start to the holiday. The village has an amazing bakery and small supermarket for the basics. The property was spacious and all rooms were well equipped. The indoor pool ensured the kids didn’t get sunburnt. The air conditioning is the best we have ever experienced and not only ensured respite from the heat but a good nights sleep. I cannot express how much we enjoyed and relaxed during our stay it was fabulous. The hosts were only a text away if needed. Thank you

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Il faut insister sur la vue et la tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont très attentifs aux bien être de leurs hôtes. Location à conseiller les yeux fermés.

Séjour famille

Très belle maison au calme. Accueil du propriétaire très agréable et disponibilité à 100% durant le séjour. Très belle déco, chambres spacieuses, salles d'eau très bien équipées. Amélioration : propreté de la piscine, il y avait comme des résidus gris sable au fond. Quelques remontées d'égoût également au rdc parfois. Peut être prévoir un siège dans chaque chambre du bas. Cafetière Tassimo pas super efficace. Au global séjour très agréable dans un magnifique endroit avec terrasse et vue à couper le souffle.

Très bon séjour avec quelques bemols

Superbe propriété avec magnifique vue sur vignes. Propriétaire très courtois et à l écoute de nos remarques et observations. Quelques bémols: Équipement cuisine ( plus de poêles casseroles) pourrait être plus étoffé et nettoyage pas impeccable au niveau des casseroles et quelques toiles d araignées. De manière générale une adresse à recommander pour visiter une très belle region

Très bon séjour

Belle villa, idéale pour se ressourcer et prendre le plein de lumière en hiver. La piscine est un plus indéniable! Juste un petit bémol: l'équipement en batterie de cuisine est léger et disparate (tupperweare avec couvercles inadaptés, cocotte minute inutilisable sur les plaques, 1 seule casserole par ex) et manquent une bouilloire électrique et une théière). Néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute.
