Sundestin Condo

We booked 6/8-6/15 We checked out 3 days early due to condo property renovations. From 9-5pm it sounded like a Jack Hammer being used. They refunded 4 days. Staff was great, beach great, restaurant great, facilities were very nice, but if you plan on being in room during the day as we did, the noise is terrible. We worked out a partial refund and left. Will try again after remodel of property is done.

3rd year in a row in this unit

This was our 3rd year in a row in this unit. It is clean and convenient. We love the location. It’s far enough away from the pool and loud chaos down below to not disturb you at night when winding down. My only complaint is that the bedroom has a distinct smell almost like a public bathroom. We actually went to buy air fresheners to help. Also the bathroom door between the bedroom and 1/2 bath is extremely loud and will wake everyone up when closed in the night. We will still come back again as this unit feels like home to us!

Great view/Location But Needs Updating

Sundestin resort was a great location with easy check in/out process. Easy beach access and a (small) indoor pool my little ones loved. Even a fudpuckers “ish” restaurant open most days right next to the pool for drinks and food. The condo itself was disappointing for the price paid, but looking at the insane prices during prime season I’m glad I only paid winter prices. It’s clean, which was nice but for the price you pay know that you are stepping into the 80’s as far as the green bathtub and sinks. Awkward bathrooms with two toilets and one shower tub. You could high five your family member while you both use the toilet at the same time. There are a lot of more updated units in this condo and the price does Not reflect what you’re getting in this unit. Still a great trip and beds were comfy. Just needs to be updated so that guests feel they are getting their money’s worth.

Family beach vacation spot

No frills. Clean condo but needs updating and some maintenance. Little disappointed based on description but made the best of it with the family especially when stuck in the condo bc of daily rain. Great beach location for families!
