We had a great family stay with my grown up children and partners. A total of 8 adults.There was plenty of space to do things independently and together. Very quiet location but walking or cycling distance from Town centre and lovely beach.Everything we needed for a relaxing stay .The variable weather wasn’t an issue due to plenty of activities inside.Would fully recommended to families or multiple families and friends

Summer holiday

6 adults ranging from 19 years to 60 years.Lots to do and a freat property. Only downside for us was the lacknof air conditioning despite the listing saying it was there. However the blinds helped regulate the heat

Photos de l'annonce ne correspondent plus à la villa.Le prix est trop élevé pour cette villa qui a bien besoin d'être entretenue ( salon de jardin qui a besoin d'être remplacé....)Maison avec du potentiel où il serait agréable de séjourner. Quel dommage !

La villa est parfaite pour passer une belle semaine en famille. Tous les équipements permettent de se distraire à tous les âges (piscine, sauna, ping-pong, billard, vélos). Le terrain et les différentes terrasses sont appréciables. La proximité de la mer permet de belles ballades entre mer et forêt

Eden Villa

La maison a besoin d 'un vrai raffraichissement dans les pièces d'eau wc, salle d'eau, salle de bain (meubles abimés, peinture écaillée) . Il y a des herbes qui poussent autour du joint de la piscine, la plancha etait inutilisable , aucune réparation le tempsde notre séjour. Sinon, toutes les prestations annoncées sont là . accueil simple et efficace, présentation des pièces, des activités possible.

Vous oubliez de mentionner la présence d'un barbecue Weber neuf et également le fait que vous ayez abimé la poubelle neuve (sur lequel nous avons rien dit). Contrairement a ce que vous indiquez, il n'y a pas de peinture écaillée. Par contre en effet il y avait un brin d'herbe de 5cm sur le bord, au bout de la piscine (qui a été enlevé). Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de changer la plancha qui venait d'être abimé la semaine précédente à votre arrivé (ce qui a été fait la semaine d'après).

Séjour en famille de 6 ans à à 71 ans

Semaine avec la tempête Louis qui grâce à cette magnifique maison n’a pas impacté nos vacances. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le divertissement dans un cadre superbe. Rien ne manque, un magnifique jardin avec , ce qui est assez rare, une mise à disposition de douzaine de vélos. La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. L’accueil est chaleureux et de belles attentions du propriétaire vous attendent à l’intérieur. Merci Monsieur Viguier pour cette générosité. En résumé allez y sans hésitation !

Super séjour!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Laura et tout est fait pour nous aider à passer de bonnes vacances. La maison est très bien équipée et idéalement située. Tout l’équipement bébé/enfant (même la vaisselle, les livres, des jeux..) est fourni ce qui est vraiment top! Les vélos mis à disposition c’est tellement rare mais tellement pratique !

Séjour en famille très apprécié de nous tous

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille, proposant des espaces bien adaptés pour toutes les envies de se retrouver tous ensemble ou par plus petits groupes. Jardin agréable, piscine parfaite, plein d'activités à faire également à proximité. Lieu calme et très bien isolé. Literie confortable, cuisine ouverte agréable.

Cette maison est vieillissante et aurait besoin de quelques réparations pour pouvoir être nommée maison de luxe (lumières salle de bains et WC, robinets ne tiennent plus, baignoire abîmée, sols chambres à l'étage etc...)

Location de grand standing idéale pour une grande famille ou plusieurs couples. Location très bien équipée, spacieuse, propre, grandes terrasses, salons de jardins, terrain clos, piscine et sauna très agréable. Tout est réuni pour passer, un bon séjour, à 100 m de la mer.

Bon séjour à Jard sur mer. Piscine intérieure appréciable avec les enfants entre 3 et 11 ans. Maison bien équipée : barbecue, plancha, tout le matériel de cuisine nécessaire comme à la maison !

Superbe villa

Sejour du 9/04 au 16/04/2022. Villa conforme au descriptif, les petits et les grands ont vraiment apprécié la piscine, nous étions 12 et avec de grands espaces tout le monde à trouver sa place, bel espace extérieur et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le soleil , nous déjeunions dehors. Très bon accueil et communication avec le propriétaire par SMS très réceptif. Enchanté de notre semaine et je pense que nous reviendrons.

Belle 1ère semaine de vacances 2022

Belle maison bien équipée où rien de manque. Piscine intérieure à température idéale et nombreux équipements de loisirs (billard, table de ping-pong, vélos, plancha, barbecue, etc....). Accueil chaleureux et bonne communication (à distance) avec le propriétaire. Le beau temps ayant été de la partie, nous avons juste regretté le manque d'infrastructures ouvertes du au démarrage de la saison touristique en avril.
