Dejligt område

Fantastisk udsigt. Roligt og charmerende miljø. Fint hus med det der skal være. Skøn pool i fin størrelse. Venlig modtagelse af ejer. Bestemt anbefalelsesværdig.

Vétusté de l'établissement

Le cadre est magnifique et c'est ce que vous nous faites payer. Toutefois la maison, ses équipements sont beaucoup trop vétustes et sales. Pour ex dans la SDB, le lavabo bougeait (non stable et dangereux pour nos enfants) et était bouché, la barre de douche nous est tombée dessus le 1er jour. Très sale (beaucoup de blattes, cafards, fourmis en visuel permanent, ce n'est pas normal!) Des ventilateurs obsolètes, à ce prix ne pouvez vous pas investir dans la clim? Chemin d'accès boueux et chaotique

Suite à celui-ci, nos collègues sur place ont informés le propriétaire qui a procédé à plusieurs améliorations dans la location. Le lavabo a été changé ainsi que les ventilateurs. Par ailleurs, l'équipe en charge du ménage a été informée. Nous vous remercions pour votre confiance.

Belle maison avec vue magnifique de la terrasse sur le gran sasso.Petit soucis d ustensiles de cuisine qui a été réglé immédiatement par le proprio.Endroit très calme pas loin de toutes commodités XXX marche,outlet, galerie commerciale . Je recommande .
